BADAC EMERGENCY MEETING

Personnel of the Claveria Municipal Police Station, led by PCPT MA DOLORES P. ABENIA, ACOP, attended the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) Emergency Meeting presided over by Hon. Marjorie A. Cantoria, Punong Barangay, held at Brgy. Poblacion District 2, Claveria, Masbate. The activity aimed to strengthen the implementation of anti-illegal drug initiatives, enhance coordination among local stakeholders, and discuss strategies for the prevention of illegal drug activities within the community. Other matters concerning peace and order, public safety, and barangay concerns were also discussed during the meeting. The activity likewise served as a venue to review the barangay's anti-drug programs, address current issues, and reinforce the commitment of the Philippine National Police and the local government in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and drug-free community through collaborative efforts.

PAALALA SA LAHAT NG MGA BENEPISYARYO AT MGA BARANGAY OFFICIALS

1. MAAARING MA-DISQUALIFY ANG BENEPISYARYO KUNG SIYA AY:

• Aktibong Barangay Official;
• Regular Government Employee;
• Kilalang may sapat na kakayahang pinansyal (“may kaya”); o
• Aktibong benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

👉 Paalala sa mga Barangay Officials: Magsagawa ng paunang beripikasyon (initial validation) ng lahat ng benepisyaryong nakalista.

2. KUNG ANG NAKAPANGALAN SA LISTAHAN AY NASA IBANG REHIYON DAHIL SA TRABAHO O PUMANAW NA

Maaaring mag-claim ang sumusunod:

• Asawa (Husband/Wife); o
• Anak na may edad 18 taong gulang pataas.

Kinakailangan na ang claimant ay rehistrado sa BBMS Portal o eGov App upang makapag-print ng screenshot ng kanyang National ID.

3. PARA SA MGA MINOR NA BENEPISYARYO

A. Kung ang Lola o Legal Guardian ay Nasa Household Roster

✅ Maaaring ang lola o legal guardian ang mag-claim.

Kinakailangan na siya ay rehistrado sa BBMS Portal o eGov App para sa National ID screenshot.

B. Kung ang Guardian ay Wala sa Household Roster

*Ang benepisyo ay maaaring maiproseso sa pamamagitan ng CIU sa araw ng payout.

⚠️ Para sa mga susunod na payout sa pamamagitan ng GCash, hindi na ito maaaring iproseso kung ang claimant ay hindi ang benepisyaryo o isang miyembro ng household na nakarehistro.

4. SINO ANG MAAARING MAG-CLAIM?

Maaaring mag-claim ang sinumang miyembro ng pamilya na kabilang sa household roster, tulad ng:

• Asawa (Husband/Wife); o
• Anak na 18 taong gulang pataas.

5. PARA SA MGA MAY KASALUKUYANG TIRAHAN SA IBANG BARANGAY

• Hindi na kinakailangan ang Barangay Certification.
• National ID lamang ang sapat na patunay ng pagkakakilanlan at address.
• Ang benepisyaryo ay dapat pumunta sa schedule ng barangay kung saan nakalista ang kanyang pangalan at sumunod sa itinakdang iskedyul ng payout.

📌 Mahalagang Paalala: Dalhin ang lahat ng kinakailangang dokumento sa araw ng payout upang maiwasan ang pagkaantala sa pagproseso ng inyong benepisyo.

✅As of now hindi pa po pwede maka release sang PBBM EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE dahil hindi pa po bonded ang aton barangay, hindi pa maka deposit and withdraw pero ang cheque kapot na po sang barangay kaya Konting pasensya lang po😊

✅Sa tanan po na nagpalista (4th year student) para sa PBBM EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE mag attend po BARANGAY ASSEMBLY sa (Saturday) JULY 25, 2026 | 8: 00 AM at Pob. 2 plaza para sa announcement sa aton next step sang EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE. Pwede representative if wara ang studyante.

Blood Donation Drive

Barangay Poblacion 2 participated in the Blood Donation Drive held on June 30, 2026, conducted by the Municipal Health Office (MHO) in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH).

The activity aimed to encourage voluntary blood donation and help ensure an adequate blood supply for patients in need. The participation of the community reflected the spirit of compassion, cooperation, and commitment to saving lives.
