📷The City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) brought its Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) campaign on Solid Waste Management and Environmental Awareness to the vibrant young minds of Liceo de Masbate Colleges and Love of Christ Messiah Child Development Center!

From understanding proper waste segregation to learning how small daily actions protect our natural resources, these students proved that you’re never too young—or too old—to be an environmental champion.

Together, let’s practice proper waste disposal and keep our community clean, green, and sustainable! 🍃

Last Sunday, October 11, the Philippine Combative Sports Connection Inc. linked arms with CENRO for an amazing morning of mangrove planting and coastal clean-up! 🌊

It’s all part of their KaraTREEdo Program, proving that martial arts is as much about caring for Mother Earth as it is about discipline and self-defense.

A massive shoutout and warm thank you to every single volunteer and martial artist who got their hands dirty and gave back to our beautiful coastlines.🍃

📷 In observance of the global International Coastal Cleanup🧹🌊

The City-ENRO Masbate, in strong coordination with the DENR, the BFP (Bureau of Fire Protection), and the League of Barangays, successfully mobilized a city-wide coastal cleanup operation today, September 19, 2026.

The joint initiative saw active participation from all barangays across Masbate City, focusing on the intensive removal of plastic wastes and solid debris from our coastlines and critical drainage systems.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all barangay officials, emergency responders, environmental frontliners, and volunteers for their unwavering commitment to a sustainable and resilient Masbate City. 👷‍♂️🚒🌿
