San Sebastian Elementary School actively participated in the GAD (Gender and Development) 2026 Training held at Forest Crest Nature Hotel and Resort, Nasugbu, Batangas.

SSES EDUCATORS ATTEND 3-DAY INSET ON EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION

San Sebastian Elementary School (SSES) faculty successfully participated in the three-day In-Service Training (INSET) centered on the ILAW in Action: Design and Deliver Effective Lessons through Explicit Instruction.

This intensive training workshop aimed to enhance instructional delivery, elevate pedagogical practices, and equip teachers with structured strategies to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.

Key Highlights of the Training

Explicit Instruction Framework: Deep dive into the core principles of direct, structured, and systematic teaching methods designed to minimize cognitive load and maximize skill mastery.
Lesson Design & Modeling: Collaborative sessions focused on crafting targeted lesson plans, incorporating "I Do, We Do, You Do" scaffolding strategies across various learning areas.
