Multiple Local Civil Registry Offices (LCROs) from across the country were recognized during the 5th National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (5NCCRVS) on 07 October 2026.

๐Ÿ† 60 LCROs were recognized as 2025 Outstanding LCROs, while 17 LCROs were named Most Innovative LCROs.

๐Ÿ† 15 LCROs received the Circle of Excellence Awardโ€”eight for ranking among the Top 10 Outstanding LCROs for five consecutive years, and seven for achieving the same distinction for 10 consecutive years.

Chaired by the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan, Co-Chaired by Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Undersecretary Claire Dennis S.
