Starting 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the NLRC RAB I will officially adopt a Four-Day Work Week to support national energy conservation efforts.

The new schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please be informed that there will be NO OFFICE OPERATIONS on Fridays.

All litigants, lawyers, and the general public are advised to schedule transactions and the filing of pleadings within these updated working days and hours.

We are pleased to announce a successful conclusion to a Request for Assistance (RFA) filed through the Single Entry Approach (SEnA) program.

A settlement was reached between a utility worker and their agency regarding the payment of retirement benefits. Through the mediation efforts at NLRC RAB 1, both parties have entered into an amicable agreement with a total settlement amount of Php 60,000.00.

This successful resolution highlights the efficiency of SEnA in providing a speedy, impartial, and inexpensive settlement for labor concerns. We commend both parties for their cooperation and willingness to find common ground.
