As part of the SK Federation of the City of San Fernando’s celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan and International Youth Day 2020, Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabaroan launched its Teen Center today, August 20, 2020.
This project is supported by the City Ordinance institutionalizing the establishment and operation of the San Fernando Teen Center and Fifty-nine (59) Barangay-based SK Teen Centers in the City of San Fernando. This institution aims to enable and improve the health status of the youth by fully enjoying their right to a safe, healthy, and youth-friendly space.

READ: This is the Executive Order No. 85 - 2020 entitled EXECUTIVE ORDER PRESCRIBING GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURE FOR THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (ECQ) IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, LA UNION, and shall be effective for the duration of the ECQ in the City of San Fernando and shall remain in full force and effect until the Province’s and the City’s COVID-19 situation improves unless sooner revoked by the proper authorities.
EO85-2020 was signed by the City Mayor Alfredo Pablo R. Ortega on even date of release.
A SIMPLIFIED GUIDELINE WILL FOLLOW.
