Angut sini, ginalauman naton ang aktibo nga deployment kag pag-abot sang aton mga ahensia sang gobyerno nga maga-responde sa sini nga sitwasyon sa mga nasambit nga kabarangayan agud masiguro ang kaluwasan kag kaayuhan sang aton mga pumuluyo nga apektado.

Sa liwat, ang ini nga activity isa gid lamang ka simulation exercise ukon drill, kag ginahimo ini agud mangin handa kita sa ano man nga posible nga insidente nga mahimo matabo diri sa aton lugar. Gani, nagapangabay kita sang inyo paghangup, kooperasyon, kag pag-upod sa sini nga buluhaton para sa kaayuhan sang tanan.

2026 Provincial Search for Outstanding Barangay Tanod (SOBT)

The On-Site Validation for the 2026 Provincial Search for Outstanding Barangay Tanod (SOBT) was successfully conducted on the morning of June 9, 2026, at the Barangay Hall and Basketball Court of Barangay San Rafael, Miagao, Iloilo.

The Provincial Search Committee thoroughly evaluated the performance, accomplishments, documentation, and operational preparedness of the Barangay Tanods, highlighting their vital contributions in maintaining peace and order, responding to emergencies, assisting law enforcement agencies, and promoting the safety and security of the community.

To our dedicated Barangay Tanods, we extend our heartfelt gratitude and recognition for your unwavering commitment to public service. Your vigilance, courage, and selfless efforts continue to make Barangay San Rafael a safer and more peaceful place for all.

We likewise express our sincere appreciation to the members of the Provincial Search Committee,the LGU Miagao represented by Mr. Arli Nim, MLGOO Sir Erwin Garque, LGOO II Ma’am Joy San Pedro, PMSg Julie Dimalalu-an, the Miagao PNP, BFP Miagao, MDRRMO Miagao, Miagao RHU, the Barangay Officials headed by Hon. On May 4, 2026, the local government unit recognized Keith Cyreen Frigillano, a resident of Barangay San Rafael, Miagao, and a student at Guimbal National High School, for her exceptional performance at the 2026 Western Visayas Regional Sports Athletics Association (WVRAA) Meet in Passi City. Frigillano was distinguished as the Most Medaled Athlete of the competition.

Demonstrating remarkable versatility and skill, she secured medals in multiple Archery events as follows:
- 30m sprint – Silver
- 50m sprint – Silver
- 60m sprint – Gold
- 70m sprint – Gold
- 1440 round – Gold
- Olympic round – Gold
- Team event – Gold
- Mixed team event – Gold

These impressive accomplishments have earned Frigillano the honor of representing the Western Visayas region at the upcoming Palarong Pambansa 2026.
