SUSHS Commission on Elections The official page of the Commission on Elections of the Silliman University Senior High School.

The Commission is tasked to conduct and supervise the SUSHSSC elections - issuance of the Official Rules and Regulations, Review of the Candidates, Publication of Official Candidates, Campaign Schedules, Miting de Avance, Protests, Elections & Counting, Declaration, and other matters regarding the SUSHSSC elections.

GRADE 11 REPRESENTATIVES ELECTIONS: TURNOUT RATE 📊

Here's how the numbers stacked up across our Grade 11 strands this election season.

Out of the 584 eligible Grade 11 voters, 235 students exercised their right to vote, yielding an overall turnout rate of 40.2%.

💼 ABM led the pack with a 65.6% turnout (40 voters)
🔬 STEAM followed with 37.4% (164 voters)
🖋️ HUMAD came in at 36.5% (31 voters)

The Commission extends its sincere gratitude to every student who participated and helped uphold the democratic process within our school community. We likewise encourage those who were unable to vote this time to take part in future electoral exercises, as every vote contributes to a more representative student government.

📢 RESOLUTION NO. 1, SERIES OF 2026

The Silliman University Senior High School Commission on Elections (SUSHS COMELEC) has issued Resolution No. 1, Series of 2026, resolving the Motion for Reconsideration and Appeal filed by the Leaders Eager to Serve (LETS) Party.

After careful review of the antecedents and the issues raised, the Commission PARTIALLY GRANTED the Motion insofar as it corrects certain findings on record, while DENYING all other relief sought. The exclusion of the LETS Party and its candidates from the Official List of Candidates for the September 23, 2026 election is AFFIRMED.

The full text of the Resolution is attached for the information of the student body.
