The PESO Managers Association of Masbate (PESOMAM), Inc. successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Meeting held at Sandra’s Resort, Batuan, Masbate and Coolis Resort, San Fernando, Masbate.

The two-day activity served as a productive venue for discussing and updating members on the various programs and services of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) being implemented through the Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs) across the province.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our host municipalities—Batuan, through PESO Manager Ms. Fely Grace Landicho and San Fernando, through PESO Manager Sir Robert Louie Romero for their warm hospitality, accommodation, and generous provision of food throughout the event.

Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to strengthening PESO services for the people of Masbate. Together, we continue to promote employment opportunities, livelihood programs, and responsive public service for all.

DOLE Masbate, in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Municipality of Mobo, successfully launched and conducted the first-ever orientation for beneficiaries of DOLE’s newest TUPAD program, the “TUPAD Brigada.”

The PESO Manager of Mobo, Mr. Ryan Jerusalem Rhianne Jerru, humbly expresses his sincere gratitude to the DOLE family, led by Regional Director Imelda Dedeng Gatinao, Provincial Head Ms. Lynette Heath Dela Fuente, and the TUPAD Program Coordinators headed by their Team Leader Ms. Decelle Refil for the continued support and numerous TUPAD program grants extended to the Municipality of Mobo, especially the implementation of this new TUPAD Brigada initiative.

This program is a significant assistance to the 33 elementary and secondary schools across the 29 barangays of Mobo, providing much-needed support for the conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2026 and helping ensure that schools are prepared for the opening of classes.

The PESO Office likewise extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Local Government Unit of Mobo, headed by the dynamic and proactive Mayor Hon. Raymund Doni Salvacion for his unwavering support of DOLE programs and initiatives. Special thanks are also given to Ms. Yvonne Perez Salvacion for the support and generously providing snacks and refreshments during the activity.

Finally, the PESO Office recognizes and commends the dedication, hard work, and teamwork of the PESO staff Sharolyn De Mesa Bensoy Sagrav Manuel John Empleo Villamor Aires Vargas whose efforts and commitment contributed greatly to the successful preparation and conduct of this orientation activity.

Together, through partnership and public service, we continue to create opportunities and provide meaningful assistance to the people of Mobo.

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of the Municipality of Mobo, headed by PESO Manager Mr. Ryan Jerusalem Rhianne Jerru is proud and deeply honored to extend our warmest congratulations to Ms. Jessica Cañelas Capili for being selected as the official entry for the “Kasambahay Singing I-DOLE 2026”, one of the culminating activities in celebration of Labor Month held at the LCC Activity Center, Legazpi City.

Your participation and representation are truly commendable and inspiring. You have not only represented the Municipality of Mobo and the Province of Masbate, but you have also become a symbol of recognition and appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and invaluable contributions of our domestic workers in society. Your journey reflects the importance of empowering and giving opportunities to our kasambahays, who continue to play an essential role in many Filipino homes and communities.

The PESO family would also like to express its sincere gratitude to the Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office V (DOLE RO V), headed by Regional Director Imelda Dedeng Gatinao and DOLE Masbate headed by Provincial Director Lynette Dela Fuente for their unwavering support and commitment.
