๐๐ข๐ข๐: The URS President, together with the VP for Administration and Finance, led the Universityโs participation in the Executive Briefing for SUC Top Management: Internal Control and Internal Audit for SUCs held on May 19, 2026 at the Golden Phoenix Hotel Manila.
The briefing served as an avenue to strengthen institutional governance, transparency, accountability, and internal audit practices among State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), reaffirming the Universityโs commitment to excellence and quality public service.

๐๐๐๐: The University of Rizal System (URS), headed by Dr. Nancy T. Pascual, University President, formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Rizal, headed by Dir. Lionel L. Dalope, Provincial Director, for the establishment and strengthening of partnerships through the Local Government Resource Center (LGRC).
This meaningful collaboration reinforces the shared commitment of URS and DILG Rizal in advancing knowledge exchange, capability development, research, and community-centered initiatives that will benefit local government units and the people of Rizal Province.
Together, through the LGRC, URS and DILG Rizal continue to foster innovation, excellence, and stronger public service for the community.

College of Education remained on track as the University of Rizal System Rodriguez (URSR) alumni excelled the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT), producing 101 passers, released on Tuesday, May 12.
A total of 16 out of 21 takers in the elementary level yielded a university passing rating of 76.19%, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Meanwhile, 85 of the total 104 takers in the secondary level passed, 77 of whom are first timers, resulting in an 81.73% passing rate.
Out of 94,357 total takers, the PRC registered 56.03% and 73.10% national rating for elementary and secondary level respectively, translating to 63,377 new Licensed Professional Teachers (LPTs).
