LOOK|| At about 1:00 PM of December 6, 2023, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, ACOPA/Chairman, PS-5 Muntinlupa TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 initiated and presided the conduct of Operations Review for the Month of November CY 2023 held at 2nd Floor, Conference room, MCPS Building. The said activity was attended by the Chief of Offices, Representatives and Focal Persons from the different Offices.

During the meeting, the Chief of Offices presented their unit accomplishments while the Chairman of TWG/ACOPA, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO gave input regarding the unattained targets and its interventions.

Furthermore , PLTCOL BAO, in his message, thanks everyone for their immense hard work in sustaining the achievements of this Police Station and continuously giving their full support in lessening crimes within the community of Muntinlupa City.

LOOK|| At about 5:30 PM of November 23, 2023, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, ACOPA/Chairman, PS-5 Muntinlupa TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 together with three Focal persons of Muntinlupa City Police Station initiated the conduct of Joint TWG & SAGPTD Meeting and Operations Review for the Month of October CY 2023 held at 2nd Floor, Conference room, MCPS Building.

The said activity was presided by PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, ACOPA/Chairman, TWG together with ACOPO/Vice-Chairman of TWG and was also attended by Dr. Danilo V Ayap, Chairman of SAGPTD together with its Members, Chief of offices, Representatives and Focal Persons of this Police Station.

The Chief of offices presented their respective Dashboard for the Month of October CY 2023 (target and accomplishments) while ACOPA/Chairman of TWG together with ACOPO/Vice-Chairman TWG, and Chairman of SAGPTD with its Members, reviewed each Performance Indicators and recommended interventions for those unattained target.

Furthermore, Dr. Danilo V Ayap, in his message, assures the Muntinlupa CPS that they will always support the advocacies of the PNP organization especially the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030. That the SAGPTD was purposely made for the benefit of not only the PNP but the whole community as well.

LOOK|| At about 1:00 PM of November 17, 2023, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, ACOPA/Chairman, PS-5 Muntinlupa TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 together with three Focal persons of Muntinlupa City Police Station attended the Operations Review for the Month of October CY 2023 held at Max’s Resto Groove, along Dr Arcadio Santos Avenue, Brgy. San Antonio, Paranaque City. The said activity was presided by PCOL JESSIE B TAMAYAO Chairman of Southern Police District Technical Working Group, and was also attended by Chairman of DAGPTD, Chief DPSMU, Members of SAGPTD Paranaque City, Chief of Police Paranaque City, ACOPAs of the seven Police Stations, District Staff, Representatives and Focal Persons of Police Strategy Management Unit of seven Police Station.
ACOPAs from Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Taguig City presented their respective Dashboard for October CY 2023 (target and accomplishments) while the Chairman of SPD TWG together with the Chairman of DAGPTD, District Staff and members of SAGPTD reviewed each Performance Indicators and recommended interventions for those unattained target.

Furthermore, Ms. Edilyn M. Ison of SAGPTD Paranaque city gave emphasis to the word “UNITY” which stands for Undivided Heart, Notable cause, Inspired vision, Teachable Spirit and Yielded goodness while Dr Gerardo N. Marinay, Chairman of DAGPTD highlighted the word “FAITH” which stands for Fairness, Accountability, Integrity, Transparency and Honesty. Both members of Advisory Councils elaborated the importance of these two words in upholding the great contribution of Community to the PNP organization in achieving its vision in the P.A.T.R.O.L PLAN 2030.

LOOK|| At about 5:40 PM of October 26, 2023, PLTCOL ELMER L BAO, ACOPA/Chairman, PS-5 Muntinlupa TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 together with three Focal persons of Muntinlupa City Police Station hosted the 3rd Quarter CY 2023 Strategy Review and SAGPTD Meeting and Oath taking of Members of Advisory Group Council held at 2nd Floor Conference Room, Muntinlupa City Police Station, Brgy. Tunasan, Muntinlupa City. The said activity was presided by BGEN JORGE L NOMOS AFP (Ret), Vice-Chairman of Station Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development and was attended by ACOPO/Vice Chairman of TWG together with the Members of SAGPTD, Chief of offices of this Station, Representatives and other concerned personnel.

The Chief of offices presented their respective Dashboard for the 3rd Quarter (target and accomplishments) while the Vice Chairman of Station Advisory Group Council for Police Transformation and Development together with ACOPA/Chairman of TWG, ACOPO/Vice Chairman of TWG and members of SAGPTD reviewed each Performance Indicators and recommended interventions for those unattained target.

Furthermore, BGEN JORGE L NOMOS AFP (Ret) gave emphasis on the word “TEAM”. In his statement, he said that “Individual plays the game but TEAM WINS CHAMPIONSHIP. There is no letter “I” in the word TEAM, it means it’s a TEAM effort, we are one TEAM in Muntinlupa. Collaboration is crucial in attaining our goals and Objectives and I can say that our teamwork is good. So, let us sustain our TEAMWORK and always thanks GOD for everything. Your SAGPTD will always be here to assist you in all aspect.”

LOOK|| At about 2:00 pm of September 8, 2023, PMAJ TEOSON MUSA ROSARITO, AACOPA/Chairman, PS-5 Muntinlupa TWG on PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 together with three Focal persons of Muntinlupa City Police Station attended and hosted the Monthly Operations Review for the month of August 2023 held at SPD Conference Room, Lawton Avenue, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

BGEN JORGE L NOMOS, AFP (Ret), Guest of Honor And Speaker of today's meeting and Vice-Chairman of District Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development of Muntinlupa Police Station provided inputs on the importance of having our SAGPTD in every Municipality-who were then providing perspective and guidance to the PNP Organization. It is also an effective ways and efficient means in pursuing strategic opportunity to carry out active Advocacy program that would lead us to a better City Police Station.

Furthermore, BGen Nomos gave remarks on how the Chairman of the Technical Working Group talk to his men. " Our chairman as a father is like a father talking to his sons and daughters. Specifically,that's a two way traffic and if you failed during preparation,you must admit and accept your mistake-That's the essence. Lastly, this operations Review is a good maintenance tool which shows that in every month, we are indeed improving".
