Before establishing his own company(RVI Construction and General Services Corporation), Rogelio was a Project Manager in his father's company(RBG Construction and Development Corporation). He has led strategies and growth initiatives within the areas of new technologies, servicing and performance analytics. Alongside his professional life, he also served as a Barangay Kagawad or Barangay Councilor in Barangay Tunasan Muntinlupa City. He is a firm believer of "Fairness and equality".
