𝟏𝟓𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟓𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 for the cadets and cadettes of 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐒 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, focusing on discipline, teamwork, ceremonial drills, and military knowledge essential for the development of future reservists.

The activity commenced at 0630H with the attendance by section, ensuring accountability and proper monitoring of all cadets and cadettes present during the training day.

At 0700H, the Program Proper officially started under the leadership of 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇 𝐙𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐓 𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝟏𝐂𝐋, who supervised and facilitated the flow of activities throughout the training.

By 0730H, the morning reveille was conducted under the leadership of 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐏𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐄𝐙𝐄𝐊𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐋 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐀 𝟑𝐂𝐋, promoting alertness, discipline, and preparedness among the cadets.

A short breaktime was observed at 0830H, allowing the cadets to rest and prepare for the succeeding activities.

By 0900H, the cadets assembled at the court for further formation and training activities.

At 0930H, a discussion regarding reserve service and serial numbers was conducted by 𝐂𝐏𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐋 𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐇 𝐀 𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐄 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀. The lecture provided cadets with important knowledge about military records, reservist responsibilities, and proper documentation within the ROTC program.

At 1000H, congratulatory remarks were delivered to the cadets by 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐉𝐄𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐔𝐀𝐆 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 together with 𝐂𝐏𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐋 𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐇 𝐀 𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐔𝐄 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, recognizing the cadets for their dedication, discipline, and continuous improvement during the training period.

A breaktime was again observed at 1040H before the continuation of the practical activities.

At 1050H, the cadets conducted the practice of ceremonial parade under the leadership of 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐍𝐄𝐋𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐎 𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐍 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), together with 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇 𝐙𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐓 𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝟏𝐂𝐋 and 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋. The activity focused on improving synchronization, precision, discipline, and proper ex*****on of commands during parade formations.

By 1100H, the Manual of Arms training commenced. The 1st Platoon Alpha Company was led by 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐏𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐙𝐎 𝟑𝐂𝐋, while the 2nd Platoon Bravo Company was supervised by 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐏𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐎𝐇𝐍 𝐆𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐋𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐎-𝐋𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐎. The activity enhanced the cadets’ discipline, coordination, and manual of arms.

At 1140H, the cadets continued the practice of pasamasid, further strengthening teamwork, alertness, and proper ex*****on of formation movements.

By 1210H, the cadets once again assembled at the court in preparation for the conclusion of the training day.

Finally, at 1300H, the activity formally concluded with the dismissal led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋, marking the successful completion of the 15th Training Day.

The 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 was successfully conducted on 24 May 2026 at the Laang Kawal Multipurpose Hall, HNCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, highlighting the achievements, dedication, perseverance, and commitment of the Advance ROTC Cadets as they completed their military training and leadership development.

The activity was conducted by the National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group (NCRRCDG) under the leadership of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander, together with 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀, Deputy Commander, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The ceremony formally commenced with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by an Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP). Thereafter, 𝐌𝐒𝐠 𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐌 𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, NCOIC, Office of the Group Sergeant Major, delivered the invocation, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐌 𝐌 𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐈 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, Group Executive Officer.

At 0950H, the Opening Remarks were delivered by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, who also introduced the speakers for the Advance ROTC Career Forum. The opening emphasized the importance of leadership, discipline, patriotism, and commitment to service in both military and civilian life.

At 1000H, the first speaker, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐀 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, shared his career journey in the Philippine Army. He discussed opportunities for career growth, leadership development, and encouraged cadets to continue serving the nation through the Reserve Force and military service.

By 1030H, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐂 𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 conducted a discussion regarding military careers and the opportunities available within the armed forces, inspiring the cadets to pursue excellence and dedication in service.

At 1100H, the giving of certificates was conducted in recognition of participation and contribution to the seminar proper.

At 1110H, a lively seminar regarding Combat and Life Support was facilitated by 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀. The discussion focused on preparedness, resilience, and the responsibilities of soldiers during service. He concluded his lecture with the quote:

At 1150H, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐌 𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐘 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 shared her experiences regarding her past assignments and discussed the procedures and opportunities for women in the Philippine Army, inspiring female cadets to pursue leadership and service within the military institution.

An inspiring AVP showcasing the Class Synopsis of ARAPT MS 41/42 was presented, followed by the Class Impression delivered by 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐉𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐂 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐎 𝟏𝐂𝐋, Corps Commander of the Pamantasang Lungsod ng Marikina ROTC Unit.

At 1330H, the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀, officially arrived at the venue.

The formal ceremony started at 1350H, marking the beginning of the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 proper.

Thereafter, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐌 𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐓 (𝐂𝐄) 𝐏𝐀, Operations Officer, formally presented the cadets for graduation. Subsequently, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander and Training Superintendent, officially declared the Advance ROTC Cadets as graduates.

At 1430H, the highlight of the event, the 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, was conducted, symbolizing the cadets’ hard work, perseverance, leadership, and readiness for greater responsibilities. During the ceremony, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐒 𝐌 𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐍 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀, OIC Group Adjutant and S1, officially read the Promotion Order.

At 1500H, 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀 delivered an inspirational message to the graduating cadets, emphasizing that the ceremony marked not only the completion of the Advance ROTC Program but also their transition into leaders entrusted with greater responsibility in the Reserve Force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

He highlighted that the newly donned rank of Sergeant symbolizes leadership earned through discipline, dedication, perseverance, and hard work. He further reminded the graduates that a Sergeant is regarded as the backbone of leadership — dependable, courageous, just, and capable of leading others by example.

By 0720H, the morning exercises were conducted under the leadership of 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋 together with 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐏𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐄𝐙𝐄𝐊𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐋 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐀 𝟑𝐂𝐋, promoting physical fitness, alertness, and preparedness among the cadets.

At 0750H, the cadets proceeded with the conduct of AOR, maintaining order and discipline throughout the activity.

At 0830H, the cadets returned to formation to continue practicing pasamasid, led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋 together with 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇 𝐙𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐓 𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝟏𝐂𝐋, 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐑 𝐏𝐔𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐙 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀 𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), and 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐃 𝐒𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒). The activity focused on improving synchronization, discipline, and proper ex*****on of commands and movements.

A breaktime was observed at 0950H, led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋, allowing the cadets to rest before resuming the training.

At 1030H, the cadets continued the practice for pasamasid, further enhancing their coordination and performance during formation activities.

By 1200H, the cadets proceeded to the court led by 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐇 𝐙𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐀 𝐓 𝐀𝐙𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐀 𝟏𝐂𝐋 and 𝐂/𝐂𝐏𝐓 𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐇 𝐆 𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐇𝐄𝐍 𝟐𝐂𝐋, preparing for the conclusion of the training day.

Finally, at 1215H, the activity formally concluded with the dismissal led by 𝐂𝐃𝐓 𝐏𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐄𝐙𝐄𝐊𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐋 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐀 𝟑𝐂𝐋, marking the successful completion of the 14th Training Day.
