𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐒 𝐎𝐅 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐓𝐒
The 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 was successfully conducted on 24 May 2026 at the Laang Kawal Multipurpose Hall, HNCRRCDG, RESCOM, PA, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, highlighting the achievements, dedication, perseverance, and commitment of the Advance ROTC Cadets as they completed their military training and leadership development.
The activity was conducted by the National Capital Region Regional Community Defense Group (NCRRCDG) under the leadership of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander, together with 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀, Deputy Commander, Reserve Command, Philippine Army, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
The ceremony formally commenced with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem followed by an Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP). Thereafter, 𝐌𝐒𝐠 𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐌 𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, NCOIC, Office of the Group Sergeant Major, delivered the invocation, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐀𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐇𝐀𝐌 𝐌 𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐈 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, Group Executive Officer.
At 0950H, the Opening Remarks were delivered by 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, who also introduced the speakers for the Advance ROTC Career Forum. The opening emphasized the importance of leadership, discipline, patriotism, and commitment to service in both military and civilian life.
At 1000H, the first speaker, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐀 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐎 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, shared his career journey in the Philippine Army. He discussed opportunities for career growth, leadership development, and encouraged cadets to continue serving the nation through the Reserve Force and military service.
By 1030H, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐋 𝐂 𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐒 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀 conducted a discussion regarding military careers and the opportunities available within the armed forces, inspiring the cadets to pursue excellence and dedication in service.
At 1100H, the giving of certificates was conducted in recognition of participation and contribution to the seminar proper.
At 1110H, a lively seminar regarding Combat and Life Support was facilitated by 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐎 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐎𝐍 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐌 𝐒 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀. The discussion focused on preparedness, resilience, and the responsibilities of soldiers during service. He concluded his lecture with the quote:

At 1150H, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐘𝐍 𝐌 𝐁𝐈𝐓𝐎𝐘 𝐆𝐒𝐂 (𝐀𝐆𝐒) 𝐏𝐀 shared her experiences regarding her past assignments and discussed the procedures and opportunities for women in the Philippine Army, inspiring female cadets to pursue leadership and service within the military institution.
An inspiring AVP showcasing the Class Synopsis of ARAPT MS 41/42 was presented, followed by the Class Impression delivered by 𝐂/𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐉𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐂 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐎 𝟏𝐂𝐋, Corps Commander of the Pamantasang Lungsod ng Marikina ROTC Unit.
At 1330H, the Guest of Honor and Speaker, 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀, officially arrived at the venue.
The formal ceremony started at 1350H, marking the beginning of the 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 proper.
Thereafter, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐌 𝐋𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐓 (𝐂𝐄) 𝐏𝐀, Operations Officer, formally presented the cadets for graduation. Subsequently, 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐘 𝐆 𝐆𝐀 𝐌𝐍𝐒𝐀 (𝐀𝐑𝐓) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander and Training Superintendent, officially declared the Advance ROTC Cadets as graduates.
At 1430H, the highlight of the event, the 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲, was conducted, symbolizing the cadets’ hard work, perseverance, leadership, and readiness for greater responsibilities. During the ceremony, 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐒 𝐌 𝐋𝐎𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐎𝐍 (𝐌𝐈) 𝐏𝐀, OIC Group Adjutant and S1, officially read the Promotion Order.
At 1500H, 𝐁𝐆𝐄𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐎 𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐏𝐀 delivered an inspirational message to the graduating cadets, emphasizing that the ceremony marked not only the completion of the Advance ROTC Program but also their transition into leaders entrusted with greater responsibility in the Reserve Force of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
He highlighted that the newly donned rank of Sergeant symbolizes leadership earned through discipline, dedication, perseverance, and hard work. He further reminded the graduates that a Sergeant is regarded as the backbone of leadership — dependable, courageous, just, and capable of leading others by example.
