2. How much is the notarial fee?

👉 It depends on the kind of document.

For contracts or documents involving disposition of properties such as sale, transfer or donation, the notarial fee is 1% of the value of the property stipulated in the contract or document, but not less than ₱1,000.00. You may calculate it by yourself to get the amount.

For others not involving disposition of properties, the notarial fee is fixed at a certain amount.

3. What do we need to bring for the notarization of our documents?

1. A photocopy of the government-issued ID of the affiant(s) or parties involved with three specimen signatures on the xerox copy.

2. Duplicate copies of the document (all original documents). We will get one original.

The affiant(s) or parties must personally appear before the Notary Public.
