Sa pagdiriwang ng advanced birthday ni Mayor Ruffy, sama-sama kami, Department of Internal Audit (DIA), Public Order and Safety Office (POSO), at Squatting Prevention and Control Division (SPCD) na nagtungo sa Dream Home Ville o mas kilala sa Sitio Salvacion sa Barangay Tunasan upang maghatid ng isang masayang Pinoy-themed na salu-salo para sa mga residente ng sitio.

May pagkain, laro, at higit sa lahat, mga ngiting hindi matutumbasan mula sa mga bata.

Dahil ang pinakamagandang selebrasyon ay yung naibabahagi. 💫

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬!

In relation to the issuance of 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟰 dated 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 from the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, which directs all government agencies to strictly implement energy-saving protocols, the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗽𝗮 will implement the said protocols in order to reduce the impact of the continuing increase in fuel prices on government operations and on the local economy.

The 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 (𝗗𝗜𝗔) will comply with the implementation of a 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟳:𝟬𝟬 𝗮.𝗺. 𝘁𝗼 𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝗽.𝗺., 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, staring 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆).

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗜𝗔 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 in accordance with the four-day compressed work week.

Sa gitna ng pagtaas ng presyo ng langis at alinsunod sa kautusan ng Pangulo, magpapatupad tayo ng mga hakbang sa pagtitipid sa Pamahalaang Lungsod.

Biazon lays down energy conservation measures Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon implements new energy conservation measures, including a compressed work week and fuel savings, to address rising costs.

Limang water tanker trucks natin ang kasalukuyang umiikot sa mga barangay na apektado ng water interruption ng Maynilad Water Services para mag-supply ng libreng tubig.

May natatanggap din tayong feedback na hindi tumutugma ang aktwal na oras ng interruption sa Maynilad advisory.

Ipapatawag ulit natin ang Maynilad.

Sa ngayon, magpapatuloy ang libreng supply ng tubig ng Pamahalaang Lungsod habang mino-monitor natin ang sitwasyon. Pero inaasahan din nating mag-operate ang water distribution tankers ng Maynilad.

Humihingi lang din tayo ng pang-unawa dahil hindi mapapasok ng ating trucks ang mga iskinita kaya sa main roads ginagawa ang distribution.

𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗹𝘂𝗽𝗮

Alinsunod sa Local Finance Committee Resolution No. 07, Series of 2026, ia-adopt ng City Government of Muntinlupa ang mga energy conservation protocols na nakasaad sa Memorandum Circular No. 114 na inilabas ng Office of the President noong March 6, 2026.

Layunin ng mga hakbang na ito na masigurong maayos at responsable ang paggamit ng fuel at kuryente sa mga tanggapan ng lungsod, habang sinusuportahan ang pambansang panawagan para sa energy conservation.

Simula March 12, ipatutupad ng City Government of Muntinlupa ang compressed 4-day work week sa ilang tanggapan bilang bahagi ng ating mga hakbang sa energy conservation.

Tulad ng unang inannounce, magkakaroon ang regular city government offices ng bagong office hours mula 7:00 AM hanggang 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Dahil dito, pagdating ng Friday (March 13), magiging limitado ang mga tanggapang bukas sa City Hall bilang bahagi ng pagpapatupad ng energy conservation measures.

Samantala, mananatiling regular ang operating hours ng mga frontline offices para matiyak na tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa mga Muntinlupeño.

Makikita sa graphic ang details ng mga work arrangements na ipatutupad sa City Government.

𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐎𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐮𝐩𝐚

Bukas na ang Mayor’s Action Center (MAC) sa OSPITAL NG MUNTINLUPA-OFFICIAL (OsMun) kung saan mas pinadali at pinalapit ang serbisyo ng pamahalaan for OsMun patients.

Sa MAC, hindi na kailangan pang bumiyahe o lumipat-lipat ng opisina ng OsMun patients para mag-process ng dokumento o humingi ng assistance, dahil integrated na ang mga serbisyo mismo sa ospital.

Kasama ito sa mga improvements sa OsMun na inisyatibo ni Mayor Ruffy Biazon, kabilang ang maagang procurement ng gamot at supplies at renovation ng ospital para mas mapabuti ang serbisyo sa publiko.

• City Subsidy Program
• Certificate of Indigency (Medical Assistance & Birth Registration)

Kasamang dumalo ni Mayor Biazon sa blessing at pagbubukas ng MAC sa OsMun si Mrs. Trina Biazon. Nakiisa rin ang mga Department Heads tulad nina Local Civil Registry Head Mr. Chitz Valerio, Social Services Department Head Ms. Analyn Mercado, OsMun Medical Director Dr. Jimmy Evangelista, at iba pa. Present din sa blessing ang dialysis patient ng OsMun na si Mr. Bob Santos.

Inaprubahan ko ang resolusyon ng Local Finance Committee para sa pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang sa pagtitipid sa Pamahalaang Lungsod, kasabay ng inaasahang pagtaas ng presyo ng langis.

Kabilang dito ang paglilimita sa fuel allowance ng mga sasakyan ng City Government, mas mahigpit na monitoring sa paggamit nito, at pagpapatupad ng compressed work week (7AM–6PM, Lunes hanggang Huwebes) sa ilang tanggapan habang mananatili sa regular na schedule ang mga frontline at essential offices.

May mga energy-saving measures din sa paggamit ng kuryente sa mga gusali ng lungsod at paghikayat sa virtual meetings upang mabawasan ang biyahe at gastos.

MUNTINLUPEÑO FIRST: On the Amendment to the 70–30 Local Employment Ordinance

I recently endorsed the proposed amendment to our Local Employment Ordinance, which mandates that 70% of rank-and-file employees of businesses in Muntinlupa should be Muntinlupeño residents. That protection for local opportunity remains.

However, the employment landscape has evolved. May remote work, hybrid setups, at specialized industries. As a local government, kailangan din nating mag-adjust.

The amendment introduces calibrated flexibility. Companies that may not immediately meet the 70% requirement may apply for exemption, provided they actively support local employment.

Kabilang dito ang:
• Paglahok sa at least 2 job fairs ng PESO
• Pag-post ng openings sa Muntinlupa City Job Portal
• Pakikipag-partner sa local schools for career development
• At pagsumite ng maayos at dokumentadong dahilan para sa review

We commend the companies who abide by the Ordinance.

We also thank the City Council, especially the Committee on Labor and Employment led by its chairperson Councilor Dado Moldez, for the support on this measure. Ongoing ang public hearing para sa final version ng Ordinansa.
