Meeting with LTO Muntinlupa on Registration Requirements for Disposed Motor Vehicles.

On March 18, 2026, a coordination meeting was conducted with LTO Muntinlupa regarding the requirements for registering disposed motor vehicles.

The activity aimed to clarify and ensure compliance with registration procedures, facilitate proper documentation and transfer of ownership, and align processes with existing laws and regulations—promoting efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the disposal of government vehicles.

Meeting with HPG Muntinlupa on Disposed Vehicles.

On March 18, 2026, a coordination meeting was held with HPG Muntinlupa in relation to the disposal of government vehicles.

The activity aimed to ensure proper verification, documentation, and compliance with legal procedures in the disposal process, as well as to facilitate coordination on the transfer, clearance, and monitoring of disposed units—promoting accountability, transparency, and adherence to government regulations.

Auditors’ Inspection and Appraisal for Disposal.

On March 17, 2026, the COA-TSO conducted an inspection and appraisal activity, assisted by COA-Muntinlupa Auditors, two (2) MCCPPEID Members, and AMD Staff at Pacwood, Tunasan, Muntinlupa City.

This activity aims to ensure the proper evaluation, documentation, and verification of items for disposal in accordance with government auditing rules and regulations, promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient asset management.

Simulation of the Assets Database Management System (ADMS) ways-forward and updates was successfully conducted on March 17, 2026 (Tuesday), at the Aquatic Center from 9:00 AM onwards.

The activity was participated in by nine (9) selected offices, namely: Ospital ng Muntinlupa, Person with Disability Affairs office, City Treasurer’s Office, Muntinlupa City Technical Institute, Office of the Senior Citizen Affairs, Department of Internal Audit, Urban Poor Affairs Office, City Accounting Department, and Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Office.

This initiative aims to enhance system efficiency and ensure effective asset management processes to all offices of the City Government of Muntinlupa.
