🚑 MEDICAL STANDBY | NABAS MUNICIPAL FIESTA 2026 🚑

Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Mr. Anjelou G. Flores, RN, served as standby medic throughout the celebration of the Nabas Municipal Fiesta on September 23–24, 2026.

The team provided medical standby coverage during the civic parade, basketball games, cultural contests, Holy Mass, and religious procession to help ensure the safety and well-being of the general public throughout the festivities.

Nabas MDRRMO remains committed to providing timely emergency response and medical assistance whenever and wherever needed.

🚑 DEPLOYMENT ALERT: EXTREME BANTAY LAYA CHALLENGE 🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and the leadership of OIC Mr. Anjelou G. Flores, RN, deployed as standby medics together with the BDRRMCs of Union, Rizal, Unidos, Libertad, Habana, Gibon, Toledo, Nagustan, Buenasuerte, Poblacion, Solido, and Pinatuad and with Nabas PNP, BFP, NMAP, Bantay Dagat— today, September 26, 2026, starting at 5:00 AM onwards — for the Extreme Bantay Laya Run, Bike and Ride Challenge.

Our teams were deployed along the national highway of Nabas to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators. ✅

The event concluded with no untoward incidents reported.

SUBJECT: Adoption of Red Alert Status in Connection with the Extreme Bantay Laya Challenge

📅 Effective: 04:00H, September 26, 2026 until 12:00H same day

In compliance with Aklan PDRRMO Memorandum No. 23, Series of 2026, and in preparation for the Extreme Bantay Laya Challenge on September 26, 2026 — Nabas MDRRMO hereby declares RED ALERT STATUS to ensure full operational readiness.

✅ Key Measures:
• Activation of Municipal Emergency Operation Center (EOC)
• 24/7 continuous monitoring across the municipality
• Full deployment/readiness of response personnel & equipment
• Immediate reporting & documentation of all incidents
• Submission of Situational Reports (SitRep)

All MDRRMC, BDRRMC members, partner agencies, and personnel are directed to maintain maximum readiness and communication throughout the period.

🚨 INCIDENT RESPONSE | MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT 🚨

On September 18, 2026, at around 0940H, Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Mr. Anjelou G. Flores, RN, responded to a motorcycle self-vehicular accident along the national highway in Brgy. Toledo, Nabas, Aklan.

Upon arrival, BHW personnel were already on the scene. The response team continued to assess and manage the victim, provided initial wound care, monitored vital signs, and transported the patient to Ibajay District Hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment. The patient was successfully endorsed to the attending medical staff.

🚨 INCIDENT RESPONSE | MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT 🚨

On September 17, 2026, at around 2021H, Nabas MDRRMO, under the administration of Municipal Mayor Hon. James V. Solanoy and the leadership of Officer-in-Charge Mr. Anjelou G. Flores, RN, responded to a single-motorcycle self-vehicular accident along the national highway in Brgy. Buenasuerte, Nabas, Aklan, near the Buenasuerte–Batuan Bridge.

The response team immediately secured the scene, conducted assessment and emergency management, provided spinal stabilization and CPR, and transported the victim to Ibajay District Hospital for further medical care. Despite resuscitation efforts, the victim was declared Dead on Arrival (DOA) by the attending physician.
