CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | ANGAT SINING – MUSIKA 🎢

Angat Buhay, in partnership with Maestro Ryan Cayabyab, is opening applications for the first Angat Sining – Musika, happening on October 23–27, 2026.

Twenty Bicolano fellows, ages 18 to 25, will be selected for an intensive five-day music camp with renowned composers, singers, songwriters, music producers, and arrangers.

Angat Sining – Musika aims to deepen music literacy and create space for young Bicolano artists to develop their craft, learn from some of the country’s leading music practitioners, and find their own voice as composers, arrangers, songwriters, performers, and producers.

We also hope to strengthen a community of young musicians who can draw from Bicol’s stories, languages, experiences, and musical traditions while creating work that speaks to a new generation.

To apply, submit:
β€’ Accomplished application form
β€’ One original sample of your work

Naga Metropolitan Cathedral

5:30 PM – Estimated departure of the Image of the Divino Rostro Foot Procession

6:30 PM – Estimated departure of the Image of Nuestra SeΓ±ora de PeΓ±afrancia Foot Procession

9:00 PM – Estimated start of the Fluvial Procession
The actual departure may still be adjusted depending on the water level of the Naga River.

10:00 PM – Estimated arrival at the Balatas Landing

11:00 PM – Pontifical Mass
Basilica Minore de Nuestra SeΓ±ora de PeΓ±afrancia
