On September 21โ€“25, 2026, the Enhanced Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (E-CDRA) Training and Workshop was successfully conducted. The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants in assessing climate and disaster risks and developing appropriate measures for disaster preparedness and risk reduction.

The activity was attended by LDRRMO II Norberto C. Javier together with Planning Officer I/OIC MPDC Jennifer B. Villalba, EnP, LDRRMA Charmagne C. Quario, AAIII Mark Jonathan A. Quito and DRRM Staff. The participants actively engaged in the discussions, workshops, and activities throughout the training.

This capacity-building initiative is spearheaded through a strong collaborative partnership between the Ylocos Local Planning Coordinators, Inc., led by ๐„๐ง๐. ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ญ๐ž ๐‚. ๐’๐š๐›๐š๐ฅ๐›๐ฎ๐ซ๐จ, and the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region 1, led by ๐Ž๐ˆ๐‚-๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ซ. ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐จ๐ซ ๐…. ๐๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐จ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐„๐‹๐”๐๐ƒ๐ƒ ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ฆ.
