𝑳𝑶𝑶𝑲 | Our NNHS YES-O President, Hershey D. Taganas, together with the presidents of other organizations in Naguilian National High School, participated in the 3rd Regular Quarterly Meeting of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) for C.Y. 2026, guided by our NNHS YES-O Adviser, Ma'am Alyssa Capuchino.

The meeting aims to provide a venue for the LYDC and its member organizations to discuss and finalize matters concerning the municipality's youth development programs and activities.

Bilang isang kabataan na patuloy na hinuhubog ng panahon, ipinagdiriwang natin ngayon ang Araw ng mga Bayani, mga bayaning nagsakripisyo, nag-alay ng buhay, at lumaban para sa katarungan at kasarinlan ng ating bansa. 🇵🇭✊

‎Nawa’y magsilbi ang araw na ito upang alalahanin ang kanilang mga pamana at nagawa, at maging inspirasyon sa bawat Pilipino na ipaglaban ang karapatan ng bawat isa. Lagi po nating tatandaan na hindi nasusukat ang pagiging bayani sa laki lamang ng kanilang nagawa, ito'y mas lalong naipapakita sa wagas na pagmamahal at paglilingkod sa bayan. Tayo ang magpapatuloy ng kanilang sinimulan sapagkat ang tunay na kalayaan ay hindi lamang nakamit noon, kundi patuloy sana nating pangangalagaan at ipinaglaban hanggang ngayon. 🙌🇵🇭

It’s official! Ma’am Felicidad has formally signed and approved our By-Laws, General Plan of Action (GPOA), and Project Proposal ROE Policy!

This approval greenlights our upcoming Waste Segregation Assessment and a wave of our upcoming eco-projects strictly aligned with Republic Act No. 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act).

We are officially taking initiatives towards our school’s cleanliness and environmental standards to the next level!

𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘴 2026: 𝘒𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨-𝘒𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘯𝘨/𝘛𝘪𝘺𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘥

‎This year’s intramurals featured 𝙆𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙜-𝙆𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙣𝙜 (also called Tiyakad), one of the Philippines’ most beloved traditional games. It was wonderful to see teams showcase their 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 throughout the competition.

‎Through the help and assistance of the 𝙔𝙀𝙎-𝙊 and the 𝙋𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣—who managed every part of the game from start to finish, the activity run and done smoothly. ‎

‎We hope to keep playing and preserving these traditional games, as they help us embody and carry forward the true spirit of Filipino identity. To every student who joined: thank you for your participation! Whether you took home the win or not, what matters most is that you helped keep this tradition alive and showed us exactly how this iconic game is played.

‼️𝑰𝑵 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶𝑺 || NNHS YES-O and BERT officers took in a collaborative initiative to clean up the MRF Station at the Senior High Department in hopes of reviving it for the school year 2026-2027. 🙂‍↕️

Kudos for a greener and cleaner school! 💚🧡
