Sa mga sasali po sa Official GC ng Pagsikat Southern. In replacement po sa government ID, any utility bill na lang po ang i-submit basta naka-indicate ang Block & Lot ni Homeowner (H.O.).

Requirements:

MUST gamitin ang real name with Block & Lot sa GC (change nickname)
Format: Juan Dela Cruz - B1 L5
Kailangan pa rin po mag sign ng new form
