Heads up to my inquirers & property finders 😊

"1. Realtalk, walang tituladong lupa na mabibili within Metro Manila or within the city na below 4k or 5k per sqm lang po. Kung meron man, sacrifice sale at cash basis ito from private owner or individual (yun ay kung meron)

2. Kung gusto mo ng mura, then consider the zonal value, location and development. Mas malapit sa city, mas mahal.

3. Kung wala kang pangcash out na malaki, then consider the preselling offer.

4. Milyon po ang halaga ng property, kaya sana kapag hiningan kayo ng valid ID's at ibang requirements eh wag na po makipagtalo.

5. Wala pong sapilitan ang pagkuha.. kung nalalayuan kayo, it's fine, understandable naman pero wag po ipagpilitan na hanapan ko kayo ng mura sa mga NCR areas at kalapit na city nito.

6. Ayaw ng preselling kasi matagal pero ayaw din naman ng RFO kasi mahal. Sa kakahanap mo ng mura taon taon inabot ka na ng 3 years wala ka pa ding nakita. Marami kang time sa paghahanap ng mura pero wala kang tyaga mag antay sa preselling. Kung yung sinayang mong 3 years sa paghahanap pa rin ng mura ay nireserve mo na sa preselling, malamang na-turn over na sana sayo ang unit mo! Tapos malalaman mo nalang naunahan ka na pala ni kumare na magkaroon ng sariling bahay at ikaw nganga pa din. Hindi Developer ang mag aadjust sayo, kundi ikaw mismo! Taon taon tumataas ang market value at presyo nito. Yes, going up! Kumuha ka man ngayon o hindi, tataas at taas ito.

Magbubukas na ang Skyway Stage 3 bukas, pahayag ng president at COO ng San Miguel Corporation na si Ramon Ang ngayong Lunes.

May habang 17.9 kilometers, ang Skyway Stage 3 ay kumokonekta sa Northern at Southern Luzon—maaari nang tawirin ang kalakhan ng Metro Manila nang hindi dumadaan sa EDSA. Sinimulan ang konstruksyon nito noong 2014.

"I am pleased to announce the partial opening tomorrow, December 29, of our 18-km Skyway Stage 3, for free to motorists for one month. By January 14, we can all enjoy the full benefits of this engineering marvel," pahayag ni Ang bago pasalamatan ang administrasyong Duterte para sa pagsuporta nito sa kumpanya tungo sa pagtatapos ng proyekto.
