𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | On 𝟐𝟏 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 successfully conducted the 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 / 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 brought together our 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐬 in one meaningful gathering.

The activity was led and supervised by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and selected 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 to ensure the smooth flow of the program. Beyond the games and laughter, the activity strengthened our bond, built teamwork, and reminded us that unity and discipline grow stronger when shared experiences bring us together. As we close the year, we celebrate not only the achievements we have accomplished, but also the camaraderie, dedication, and mutual respect that drive us forward as one team. 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | On 𝟏𝟒 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 reported to the 𝟒𝟎𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐃𝐂) for the release of the 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 of 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐬 for the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 of 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

The activity formally commenced with the formation of participating units, followed by an orientation on the procedures for the distribution of the 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞. The distribution process was subsequently carried out under the direct supervision of 𝐏𝐅𝐂 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐈𝐍𝐅 𝐏𝐀.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | On 𝟏𝟒𝟎𝟕𝟎𝟎–𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐇 , 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 has actively participated in nationwide blood donation campaigns led by the 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐬 (𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐆𝐬) and 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐂𝐃𝐂𝐬) under the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 (𝐑𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌, 𝐏𝐀). To show support for those in need and to contribute to the welfare of the community under the supervision of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐂𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐂𝐎 𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐒-𝐄 𝐉𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐅 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀—𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟒𝟎𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐃𝐂, 𝟒𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐆, 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌, 𝐏𝐀. Under the leadership of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒)—𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 and the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟.

The activity commenced with an attendance check for the 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 who participated. Afterwards, they proceeded to the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐃𝐂) for a short program before heading to the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌 ,𝐏𝐀) headquarters where the blood donation was held.

Upon the arrival of the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜. 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 and their 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 at the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 (𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐌 ,𝐏𝐀) Headquarters, the personnel promptly accommodated them and explained the step-by-step procedure for the blood donation process. Those who participated in the blood donation program were given free food and blood bags as a sign of appreciation for their participation.

The training commenced with an attendance check and a flag ceremony, followed by a brief explanation regarding the 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the basic cadets. The activity was led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) with the assistance of selected 𝟏𝐂𝐋 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Afterward, the 𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐂 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 were designated to ensure the order and discipline of the basic cadets while they were taking the final examination, under the supervision of the 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟.

The day’s activities were overseen by the unit leadership, including 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒), and the 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟. Their guidance ensured the proper and smooth ex*****on of all scheduled activities.

At exactly 𝟎𝟔𝟎𝟎𝐇 training day commenced with the checking of attendance and was followed by a flag ceremony, attended orderly by the cadets. After that, perform stretching exercises before they proceed to drills from 𝟎𝟖𝟎𝟎𝐇 to 𝟎𝟗𝟎𝟎𝐇, supervised by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐌 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬). During this period, the cadets practiced basic drills, showcasing discipline and steady improvement. At exactly 𝟎𝟗𝟎𝟎𝐇, the cadets had a platoon drilling competition led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬), 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐂 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬). The activity ended at 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐇, and they went straight to their lunch break

At about 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟎𝐇, the discussion starts with the topic focused on “𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧” and discussed under the leadership of 𝐂/𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐆 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝟏𝐂𝐋 together with 𝐂/𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐒 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐠 𝟏𝐂𝐋, 𝐂/𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐆𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐃 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝟏𝐂𝐋, and 𝐂/𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐨 𝐕 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝟏𝐂𝐋
The cadets were then given a quiz after class instruction, with the guidance of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) and the training staff.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒| On 𝟐𝟑𝟎𝟔𝟎𝟎 - 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐇 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 , the 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟐𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲 under the supervision of 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐂𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐂𝐎 𝐀 𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐒-𝐄 𝐉𝐑 𝐆𝐒𝐂(𝐏𝐀), and the unit leadership of 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒). The activity began with attendance checking and the Flag Ceremony, followed by stretching exercises, drills, and command training led by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐂 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐞𝐬) and selected 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 until 𝟎𝟕𝟎𝟎𝐇 to 𝟎𝟗𝟎𝟎𝐇 . At about 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎𝐇, the basic cadets proceeded to classroom instruction focusing on Water Safety and Survival delivered by 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂 𝐃𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐞𝐬) and 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐘𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐞𝐬), followed by a quiz facilitated by 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐉𝐎𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐘 𝐃𝐄 𝐉𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐒 𝐏𝐀(𝐑𝐄𝐒), Before dismissal the remaining basic cadets received their ROTC shirts and officially ending the training day.

The Training Day executed smoothly and without any untoward incidents.
