Masaya nating na-assist ang Ciudad Nuevo Phase 4 Homeowners at kasama rin ang Pasinaya Homes Southern HOA sa DHSUD Regional Office 4A – Calamba, Laguna ngayong araw. 💛

Happy kami sa naging resulta ng ating pag-assist at proseso. Asahan ninyo na ang Task Force Housing (TFH) ay patuloy na nasa likod ninyo sa pagsusulong ng mas maayos, organisado, at legal na HOA sa Bayan ng Naic.

Para sa maayos na paninirahan, maayos na pamamahala, at kapakanan ng bawat Naicqueño. 🏠

Ngayong umaga ng Lunes, sa ginanap na Flag Raising Ceremony sa Bayan ng Naic, sa kanyang speech nanawagan ang bagong Municipal Administrator Atty. Danilo “DG” De Guzman ng isang Open Door Policy—isang pamahalaang bukas sa bawat mamamayan, handang makinig sa kanilang hinaing, mungkahi at pangangailangan upang sama-samang mapabuti ang serbisyo ng ating Local Government.

Napansin din ni Admin. Atty. DG ang malawak at patuloy na lumalaking pangangailangan sa sektor ng pabahay sa bayan. Kaya naman isa sa kanyang panawagan ang pagkakaroon ng isang dedikadong Housing Office at mga personnel na tututok sa mga housing concerns upang mas mabilis na mabigyan ng aksyon, direksyon at posibleng solusyon ang mga suliranin ng ating mga kababayan.

Kasabay nito, ipinahayag niya ang kanyang kahandaang gamitin ang kanyang kakayahan, karanasan at legal background upang makatulong sa patuloy na pag-aayos at pagpapabuti ng pamamahala sa Naic, katuwang ang ating mga halal na lingkod-bayan.

The Social Pulse Philippines – Pulso ng Bayan Survey for the month of July 2026 highlights the Top Performing Municipal Mayors in the Province of Cavite, based on the feedback of 1,000 respondents. The survey was conducted from August 5–8, 2026, with a margin of error (MOE) of ±3%.

Leading the rankings is Mayor SM Matro of Tanza, who emerged as the highest-performing municipal mayor in Cavite with an outstanding 97.2% satisfaction rating, reflecting the strong trust and confidence of his constituents in his leadership and governance.

Securing the second spot is Mayor Randy Salamat of Alfonso with 96.8%, followed by Mayor Rommel Magbitang of Naic in third place with 95.9%.

Rounding out the top five are Mayor Umbe Arca of Maragondon with 95.3% and Mayor Virgilio Fidel of Indang with 94.8%, demonstrating sustained public approval for their commitment to effective local governance.

The survey results reflect the continued confidence of Caviteños in their municipal leaders, recognizing those who have demonstrated effective governance, responsive public service, and programs that contribute to the welfare and development of their respective communities.

PUBLIC ADVISORY. Suspension of the Mandatory Amendment of Homeowners Association Bylaws

Pursuant to Department Circular No. 2026-019 series of 2026 dated 24 August 2026, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) hereby indefinitely suspends the operative deadline for the mandatory amendment of the bylaws of homeowners associations under the 2024 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9904.

Accordingly, all concerned homeowners associations, homeowners, federations, confederations, and umbrella organizations are advised to hold in abeyance any action or compliance related to the mandatory amendment of bylaws pending further guidance from the Department.

The suspension does not repeal or amend the 2024 Revised IRR and does not exempt homeowners associations from complying with other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
