Ang GROSS SALES ay ang kabuuang halaga ng lahat ng produktong o serbisyong naibenta ng negosyo sa isang takdang panahon bago pa ibawas ang anumang bawas tulad ng sales returns, discounts, at allowances, kaya ito ay nagpapakita ng kabuuang lawak ng benta ng negosyo ngunit hindi pa nito ipinapakita kung kumikita na ba ang kumpanya oh negosyo. Samantala, ang GROSS INCOME (na tinatawag ding GROSS PROFIT) ay ang kita ng negosyo matapos ibawas ang cost of goods sold (COGS) mula sa net sales, kung saan ang net sales ay gross sales na nabawasan ng returns at discounts; ipinapakita ng gross income kung gaano kaepektibo ang negosyo sa pagkontrol ng gastos sa produksyon at kung magkano ang tunay na kinikita mula sa pangunahing operasyon bago pa ibawas ang iba pang gastusin tulad ng sahod, renta, at buwis.

WEEK LONG ACTIVITY UPDATE! 😁

The Municipal Treasurer’s Office of LGU-Narra, in coordination with the respective Barangay Councils, is conducting a weeklong fieldwork from August 4–8, 2025, involving the house-to-house distribution of Notices of Tax Delinquency to owners of residential lots and buildings in the barangays of Poblacion, Tacras, Aramaywan, Elvita, and Tinagong Dagat. This activity aims to inform concerned taxpayers of their obligations and to encourage them to avail of the Tax Amnesty Program, in accordance with the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA). This initiative underscores our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the efficient delivery of public service. 😊
