Hindi mo magagamit yung 3% withholding of percentage tax sa ITR mo kasi naka 8% ka.

In case may government client/customer ka, tapos 8% yung tax type mo, i-inform mo agad yung government agency, para hindi kana kaltasan ng 3% percentage tax.

PS: Reminder to file and pay Annual ITR on or before April 15. Kung may 2307 ka na claim sa ITR, mag submit din ng SAWT.

Kapag hindi mo alam paano to gawin, tapos wala ka pang budget pang hire ng bookkeeper or accountant, and ayaw mo magkaroon ng penalties.

DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM, MAY MGA BINAWIAN NG CERTIFICATES OF LAND OWNERSHIP AWARD DAHIL SA PAGBEBENTA O PAGPAPARENTA NG MGA LUPANG IPINAGKALOOB SA KANILA

Kinumpirma ng Department of Agrarian Reform nitong Huwebes na binawi o kinansela nito ang Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) ng mga agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) na lumabag sa pagbabawal sa pagbebenta o pagpapaupa ng lupang ipinagkaloob sa kanila sa loob ng 10 taon.

Sa isang briefing sa Malacañang, sinabi ni DAR Undersecretary Rowena Niña Taduran na may mga na-monitor ang ahensya na ARBs na umano’y nagpa-upa o nagbenta ng lupa kahit bago pa man pormal na maibigay sa kanila ang CLOA.

“Actually, iyong sa legal [bureau] namin is binabawi. May mga instances na babawiin sa iyo meaning to say hindi ka pala capable to be a land owner under the Agrarian Reform [law] kaya may mga instances… binawi ng DAR because naibenta nila or isinangla,” ani Taduran.

Ipinagbabawal sa ilalim ng Republic Act No. 6657 o Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law ang pagbebenta o pagpapaupa ng lupang ipinagkaloob sa ARBs sa loob ng 10 taon mula sa petsa ng rehistrasyon ng CLOA o titulo ng lupa.

Aminado si Taduran na may ilang ARBs na nahihirapang sumunod sa nasabing probisyon, lalo na sa usapin ng kakayahang gawing produktibo ang lupa.

Upang matulungan ang mga benepisyaryo, sinabi niya na nagbibigay ang DAR ng mga suportang serbisyo tulad ng farm machinery and equipment, post-harvest facilities, at credit facilities, lalo na sa mga apektado ng kalamidad.

Dagdag pa ni Taduran na target ng DAR na makumpleto ang pamamahagi ng lahat ng natitirang lupang agrikultural sa mga ARBs bago matapos ang termino ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa 2028.
