The loudest and most thrilling part of the PSU Narra Intramurals 2025 was the Bench Cheering Competition, held on November 24 at the Narra Gymnasium. With the theme “LARIKHA: LAKAS SA LARO, TALINO SA LIKHA,” the three teams Tandikan, Katala, and Labuyo lit up the entire venue with their powerful chants, synchronized movements, and creative formations.
The competition was fierce, but more importantly, it was inspiring. Regardless of team colors, everyone shared the same passion for unity, sportsmanship, and school pride. For a moment, the entire sports complex wasn’t divided it was alive with the harmony of students giving their all.
The event proved that in Intramurals, the spirit of the game doesn’t only happen on the court it also roars from the bench. 📣🔥

With the motivating theme "Tourism and Sustainable Transformation," the BS Tourism Management Department celebrated Tourism Month 2025 with pride. Held October 3–4, 2025, the two-day celebration was full with interesting events that demonstrated creativity, collaboration, and the essence of sustainable tourism.
Tourism Students took an active part in a number of contests and cultural presentations that highlighted the significance of sustainability in the travel and tourism sector throughout the event. With pride, passion, and cooperation, our team, Tribu Ardilya, represented the 4th-year tourism students.
Tourism Month is celebrated annually around the world to recognize the vital role of tourism in cultural preservation, economic growth, and environmental stewardship. This year’s celebration aimed to raise awareness about sustainable practices and encourage future tourism professionals to be responsible stewards of both people and the planet.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the Promotional Video Competition, where students showcased their creativity and storytelling skills by producing tourism videos that highlight local destinations and promote sustainable travel. Our team proudly featured Upper Lapu-Lapu, Poblacion, Narra, Palawan. A place known for its breathtaking natural beauty and hidden attractions such as the Leopard Tunnel, Trident Lake, and Upper Lapu-Lapu Falls. Through our video, we aimed to promote the area’s charm while emphasizing the importance of preserving its natural environment for future generations. It was a fulfilling experience and we are happy that our entry got the 1st place.
The celebration concluded with the highly anticipated Acquaintance Party, held at Center Point, Narra. The venue was beautifully adorned with glowing lights, and elegant decorations creating a sophisticated yet lively atmosphere. Students arrived in their best formal attire, enjoying a night filled with music, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

🍃ESTURCO FARM TABING ILOG RESORT🍃
📍Malatgao, Narra Palawan
“A peaceful pause”
A quiet riverside resort and farm surrounded by trees, perfect for relaxing, picnics, and enjoying nature’s peaceful charm.
If you’re looking for a peaceful place where you can breathe fresh air, hear the sounds of birds, and enjoy time with family or friends, Esturco Farm Tabing Ilog Resort is the perfect destination. Surrounded by towering trees and set beside a gentle river, this hidden gem gives visitors a taste of simple provincial life and the beauty of nature.
The resort is spacious, with wide grassy areas ideal for picnics or games. A native hut in the center offers shelter and rest, while wooden benches around the area are perfect for chatting, eating, or just enjoying the view. But what really makes the experience memorable is the swing tied to a big tree. It may look simple, but the joy of swinging under the trees brings back childhood memories and a feeling of calm freedom.
Visitors come here not for luxury but for peace. There are no distractions only fresh air, open space, and the comfort of nature. It’s a perfect spot for unwinding, journaling, bonding with friends, or just taking a break from screens and noise.
This place is really about “happiness in simplicity”. It’s a reminder that we don’t need much to feel content. It is more than just a place to visit, it’s a place to pause. A place to listen, reflect, and enjoy life at a slower pace.
I’m most proud of the sentence: “Happiness in simplicity.” It perfectly captures the feeling of being in Esturco Farm enjoying the moment without distractions.
