4. High school graduate/ALS passer/K-12 graduate/college graduate;
5. Physically and mentally fit to undergo security services training; 6. Willing to complete the full 31-day training duration and comply with all program requirements;
7. Willing to be deployed for employment upon successful completion and licensing.

𝗢𝗙𝗪 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 🕊️
The repatriated remains of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), Annabelle Sape Dela Fuente, were received at General Santos City Airport by the bereaved family, with the assistance of the Local Government Unit of Norala.
Through the support of 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲 𝗕. 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗰, vehicle assistance was provided to the family, along with the PODO/OHDO Designate and staff, to transport the remains from the airport to the funeral home.
Mayor Fedoc also extended additional support by providing sacks of rice to the bereaved family as a gesture of compassion and assistance during this difficult time.

The Municipality of Norala, through the Public OFW Desk Office (PODO), provided airport transport assistance to Ms. Shiela Raymundo Pamplona, a physically ill and repatriated Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) from Singapore and a resident of Barangay Dumaguil, Norala.

Through the support and assistance of our active Municipal Mayor, Hon. Clemente B. Fedoc, the LGU facilitated her airport transport and arrival assistance.
Our OFWs are among our modern-day heroes. They leave their families and homes to work abroad, enduring hardships and making sacrifices in the hope of providing a better future for their loved ones. But when illness, distress, or unexpected circumstances arise, they, too, need someone to lean on and a community that will welcome them with compassion.
This is where genuine public service becomes more than a duty—it becomes an expression of care, hope, and humanity. Through the leadership of Mayor Clemente B. Fedoc and the efforts of the LGU Norala's Public OFW Desk Officer and staff Jerson Atanoso, Robelyn M. Caliwag, we continue to demonstrate that our returning OFWs are not alone in facing life's difficulties. The LGU stands ready to extend assistance, facilitate referrals, and coordinate with concerned agencies (DMW & OWWA) for available support services.
And in moments when our hearts are burdened by pain, uncertainty, and distress, may we always remember this comforting truth: God has not forgotten us. Even when life takes an unexpected turn, when our strength is failing, and when we do not know what tomorrow holds, His presence remains our refuge and source of hope.
As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
The LGU Norala remains committed to serving with compassion, upholding the dignity of every constituent, and extending a helping hand to our OFWs and their families whenever possible.
Because public service is not only about providing assistance—it is about reminding people that they matter, that they are valued, and that they do not have to face life's struggles alone.
