The special patents for Agdugayan Integrated Farm School and Bugtongbato Elementary School in the District of Ibajay have been officially released!

Agdugayan Integrated Farm School Head Ma'am Arlene M. Senatin (School Principal III) and Bugtong Bato Elementary School Head Sir Andro T. Tabiolo (School Pincipal III) gathered with Atty. Victor E. Tesorero (Acting Registrar of Deeds for the Province of Aklan), Engr. Unity Tabia Rose (Land Registration Examiner), Atty. Lance Jester R. Dantes (Attorney III - DepEd SDO - Aklan), and the technical assistants for the turnover.

We extend our gratitude to the school heads for their efforts and cooperation, and to the Registry of Deeds Aklan (ROD), DENR PENRO Aklan, and DENR Regional Office VI for their assistance in securing these land titles.

โ€‹The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR - PENRO Aklan) conducted an ocular inspection at Numancia Integrated School, represented by Ma'am Roxanne Parreรฑas (Land Management Officer II) and Sir Aian Dangan (Special Investigator). This activity serves as an initial process for the issuance of a Special Patent.

The inspection was supported by the Sites Titling Team under the Legal Unit, headed by Atty. Lance Jester R. Dantes (Attorney III) alongside Ma'am Sally V. Agapito (School Principal I), who provided guidance and assistance throughout the site investigation.
