Day Two of the Usapang Bida Anti-Illegal Drugs Seminar was filled with meaningful discussions as Mr. Rhaul Rempillo, LGOO VI Mr. Joseph Romeo B. Raneses, Mrs. Amalin Colina, and LGOO II Kathryn Ann V. Camba served as resource speakers. They discussed DILG Circular No. 2026-021 (Inventory and Turnover of Barangay and SK Properties), Responsible Citizenship, Parts of an Ordinance, and Mental Health and Stress Management.

The seminar encouraged the active participation of SK officials through the sharing of insights and ideas regarding SK requirements before and after the end of their term. This also allows them to assess the needs of their respective communities and develop responsive local policies.

To conclude the day's activities, the participants took part in recreational games that promoted camaraderie, teamwork, and the creation of lasting memories.
