Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values, Day 2 (March 31, 2026)

The Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Values (SOV) of Real Properties in Olongapo City was formally initiated under the leadership of Aris Busayong, City Assessor, who spearheaded the facilitation of the activity in accordance with the requirements of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

The first day of the consultation was successfully conducted on March 30, marking a significant step in ensuring transparency, stakeholder engagement, and participatory governance in the revision of property values within the city.

The activity serves as a vital platform for property owners, stakeholders, and concerned sectors to express their insights, concerns, and recommendations relative to the proposed valuation framework.

The consultation is scheduled to continue on its second and final day, reinforcing the City Government’s commitment to due process and compliance with statutory mandates under RPVARA.

Through this initiative, the City Assessor’s Office upholds the principles of accountability, inclusivity, and evidence-based valuation in advancing a fair and equitable real property assessment system.
