Olongapo City Youth Development Council is a City Youth Development Council (CYDC) composed of a multi-sectoral youth association headed by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President and composed of representatives of youth and youth-serving organizations in the city under the mandates of Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as "Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act 2015"
