PROJECT ALERT (Act and Lobby for Enhanced Response to Trafficking in Persons, Sept. 3, 2025, am session, 9 - 12 a.m.
Pag-iigting ng kaalaman tungkol sa mga batas na may kinalaman sa TIP (Trafficking in Persons).
The first resource speaker focused on academic discussion based on Supreme Court decisions on the violations committed on different kinds/types of cases of TIP, and its penalties thereof.
That violation of the BPO (Barangay Protective Order) as explained by Fiscal Ethel Marie Degallado is a criminal offense and any violation thereof should be referred to the PNP or CSWDO.
