KABATARUN 2.0: A SUCCESS BEYOND THE FINISH LINE!
It has been a week since the success of KABATARUN 2.0, and the spirit of running with purpose and moving with heart continues to live on!
More than just a run, KABATARUN 2.0 was a celebration of youth, unity, health, and compassion. Every stride carried a purpose, and every step became an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
Beyond the excitement of crossing the finish line, this event was about giving back. The proceeds from KABATARUN 2.0 will benefit HAYAG Receiving, Child and Caring Home and LINGAP Center Ormoc, supporting children and individuals who need care, protection, and assistance.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the City Government of Ormoc, the APEX Race Solutions, the Technical Working Group composed of CYDO, CYDC and SK, for their invaluable support, partnership, and commitment to making this meaningful event possible.
To everyone who registered, supported, and ran for a cause—whether you are young or simply young at heart, a youth or not, thank you for being part of this movement! Your participation proved that compassion knows no age and that making a difference is something we can all do, one step at a time.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to the volunteers, sponsors, partners, and everyone who generously shared their time, effort, and resources to make KABATARUN 2.0 a memorable and purposeful event.
A week may have passed since we crossed the finish line, but the impact of our collective efforts goes beyond that moment. Together, we have shown that the true measure of success is not just in the number of runners, the distance covered, or the medals earned, but in the lives touched and the hope we help bring to others.
