The Coast Guard Station Misamis Occidental (CGS MISOCC), under the leadership of 𝐋𝐓𝐉𝐆 π‰πŽππˆπ„π‹ 𝐂 πƒπ„π“π”πŒπ€π‹ 𝐏𝐂𝐆, Station Commander in partnership with the 1002nd Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron, led by 𝐀𝐔𝐗 𝐂𝐃𝐑 π‰πŽπ 𝐅. π“πŽπ‘π‘π„π’ 𝐏𝐂𝐆𝐀, together with CGSS Ozamiz and OPCON Units, conducted a Coastal Clean-Up Drive at Cotta Beach, Brgy. Triunfo, Ozamiz City, today 02 October 2026.

The activity brought together PCG personnel and PCGA members in a shared effort to keep the shoreline clean, protect the marine environment, and promote environmental responsibility among coastal communities.

Together, we continue to work toward cleaner shores, healthier seas, and safer coastal communities.

π‹πŽπŽπŠ: Coast Guard Station Misamis Occidental (CGS MisOcc) and its Coast Guard Sub-Stations conducted a Troops Information and Education (TI&E) on Petty Cash Custodian (PCC) on 01 October 2026 at the CGS MisOcc Conference Hall, Cotta Beach, Ozamiz City.

The said activity was presided by ππŽπŸ‘ πƒπšπ―πž πƒπžπ±π­πžπ« 𝐆 π†πšπ₯𝐨 𝐏𝐂𝐆, POIC, PCC- CGS MISOCC, who provided guidance on the proper understanding and application of Petty Cash Custodian etiquette.

Coast Guard personnel maintained a visible presence along the coastline to monitor sea conditions, assist beachgoers, and ensure prompt response to any maritime or water-related emergencies.

As more tourists are expected to visit coastal areas during weekend, CGS MISOCC remains committed to protecting lives and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable coastal experience for both residents and visitors.
