RESERVE FORCE JOINS BRIGADA ESKWELA IN OCNHS

03 June 2026 — The Philippine Navy Reserve Force of 821st Naval Combat Squadron Reserve and 142nd Marine Battalion Reserve rendered service in Ozamiz City National High School, in coordination and support of our very own Chief Petty Officer Lilibeth Y Abamonga PN(Res) and also the principal of the said school. The activity showed bayanihan spirit and commitment to education; helping create a safer and more conducive learning environment for the nation’s future leaders.

ORIENTATION ON BASIC RADIO COMMUNICATION WITH CDRRMO

HEADQUARTERS, Camp Villa, Doña Consuelo, San Antonio, Ozamiz City, Mis. Occ. — The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office - Ozamiz conducted an Orientation on Basic Radio Communication to the Reserve Force Personnel of the 621st Naval Squadron Reserve and 932nd Marine Company Reserve. The activity was attended by 32 personnel, both sailors and marines, with the aim of enhancing their knowledge, skills, and operational readiness in the field of communication. This will also strengthen coordination and effectiveness during missions and emergency response operations.

The Reservists Personnel were grateful to the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, headed by Mr Rico M Guangco, LDRRMO IV for the support and dedication towards educating reservists personnel regarding the basics of Radio Communication, and also to Mr Romeo P De Los Angeles Jr, for an exceptionally insightful lecture that made the activity successful.

COMMUNITY COASTAL CLEANUP ACTIVITY CONDUCTED BY THE RESERVE FORCE

DOÑA CONSUELO BEACH, BRGY DOÑA CONSUELO, OZAMIZ CITY, MIS OCC — The Personnel of the 621st Naval Squadron Reserve and 932nd Marine Company Reserve conducted a Community Coastal Cleanup Activity in the shoreline of Brgy Doña Consuelo last 19 April 2026. Both sailors and marines joined forces in removing solid waste and marine debris along coastal area including plastic bottles, plastic cellophanes, styrofoams, rubbers, driftwoods and even used clothing, to reduce pollution. The activity promotes environmental awareness and responsibility among local residents.

Therefore, the Community Coastal Cleanup activity was successfully implemented. The Reserve Force Personnel effectively performed the assigned tasks and presented effective teamwork, disciplined volunteerism, civil-military cooperation and community service in promoting environmental sanitation in line with the Naval Reserve Center-Western Mindanao’s mission.

RESERVE FORCE PERSONNEL LED THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM IN BRGY GATA DIOT, CLARIN, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

BRGY GATA DIOT, CLARIN, MIS. OCC. — The Reservist Personnel of the 621st Naval Squadron Reserve and 932nd Marine Company Reserve led the Philippine National Anthem during the 71st Barangay Day Celebration of Brgy Gata Diot last 18 April 2026. During the event, 21 personnel composed of 11 sailors and 10 marines were present, and each with designated tasks. There was also an area for the personnel that were assigned as Medical Team, and task to provide immediate assistance incase of emergency.

The activity of rendering patriotic service by leading the Philippine National Anthem promotes nationalism, discipline, and community engagement, inclined with the continuing efforts of the Naval Reserve Center - Western Mindanao in strengthening civil-military relations.

Indeed, the activity was successfully conducted with the personnel assigned demonstrated proper bearing, confidence, and respect.

Maligayang ika-84 na paggunita ng Araw ng Kagitingan!

Ang 932nd Marine Company Reserve at ang 621st Naval Squadron Reserve ay nagbibigay pugay sa kabayanihan, sakripisyo, at walang kapantay na tapang ng ating mga bayani na nagsilbing inspirasyon sa bawat henerasyon ng Pilipino.

Sa patuloy na hamon ng makabagong panahon, nananatili kaming matatag at handang tumugon sa tungkulin—pinapalakas ang pambansang seguridad, isinusulong ang kapayapaan sa rehiyon, at pinangangalagaan ang ating karagatan.

ARAW NG KAGITINGAN | Ang Hukbong Dagat Ng Pilipinas ay taos-pusong nagbibigay-pugay sa tapang at sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani na nag-alay ng buhay para sa kalayaan ng bayan.

Sa diwa ng “Giting ng Bayani, Pamana sa Salinlahi”, ang bawat mandaragat at mandirigma ay patuloy na humuhugot ng lakas at inspirasyon mula sa kanilang halimbawa upang ipagtanggol ang ating karagatan at pangalagaan ang soberanya ng Pilipinas sa anumang hamon.

Mananatili sa aming mga puso ang kagitingan, katatagan, at pagmamahal sa bayan. Ito ay isang pamana na patuloy naming ipapasa sa susunod na salinlahi.
