San Felipe Elementary School successfully conducted its 2-Day School-Based INSET for SY 2026โ2027, focused on โInclusive Education in Action: Strengthening Teachersโ Competence in Creating Accessible, Equitable, and Responsive Learning Environments.โ
More than a training, the two days became a meaningful space for sharing, reflection, collaboration, and learning from one another. Through our workshops and group activities, we shared our thoughts, experiences, ideas, and perspectives. Each answer became an opportunity to learn something new, appreciate different viewpoints, and deepen our understanding of inclusive education. ๐
Our heartfelt gratitude to our School Head, Dr. Antonia Lorena L. Bituin, PhD, for sharing her expertise, insights, and experiences with us. Your guidance and commitment to strengthening our teachers inspire us to continuously improve our practice and create learning environments where every learner feels valued, respected, supported, and included. โค๏ธ
Indeed, we learn better when we learn together. This INSET reminded us that every teacher has something valuable to share and every perspective can contribute to making education more inclusive and responsive.
Thank you to everyone who actively participated, shared, listened, reflected, and learned with one another. Together, we continue to grow as educators and, most importantly, as advocates for every child. ๐๐
โInclusion begins when we listen, learn, and grow together.โ ๐
