The JHCSC Dumingag ROTC Unit proudly celebrates its outstanding performance during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026, earning an impressive rating of 99.81%.
This remarkable achievement was made possible through the exemplary leadership of COL LINO L ARAYA JR ART (GSC) PA, Commandant of the JHCSC Dumingag ROTC Unit and Director of the 901st CDC, with the untiring support of the Campus Director, DR. MOISES GLENN G. TANGALIN Ed.D, in close coordination with the Training Staff and GMA’s, as well as the unwavering dedication of both Advance and Basic ROTC cadets, headed by LTC Jessa Mae S. Indangan, 1CL, Corps Commander.

WHAT: MS-2 Second Semester Four-Day ROTC Formation
WHEN: April 24–27, 2026 | 0630H
WHERE: JHCSC Dumingag Campus
ATTIRE:
• Free-style outfit (decent and appropriate)
• Jacket and hat
• White handkerchief
• Hairnet and gel (for female cadets)
PROHIBITED:
• Crop tops, shorts, tattered jeans, or revealing clothes
• Beard and mustache
• Long or colored nails
• Makeup or lip tint
• Wearing any kind of accessories
• Colored or blonde hair
WHAT TO BRING:
• Tumbler / water container

• Packed lunch (baon)

Cadets are reminded to stay hydrated at all times during training and activities.
Bring your own water bottle and take advantage of the school’s free water supply available at the designated hydration area to maintain health, focus, and peak performance.

DUMINGAG, Zamboanga del Sur (JHCSC)—The long-awaited drinking water station is officially completed today, April 15, 2026, and is now ready to serve students with accessible drinking water.

Since last year, many students have raised questions regarding the ₱50 fee allocated for the water project. After months of anticipation, the facility is finally realized.

The newly established station is expected to help students conveniently access drinking water while also reducing their daily expenses.

On 09 April 2026, the JHCSC Dumingag ROTC Unit, under the leadership of LTC Moises Glenn G. Tanggalin PA (Res), Assistant Commandant, together with MSg Julito Mandac PA (Res), Tactical NCO, and the Advance ROTC Cadet Officers led by CDT LTC Jessa Mae S. Indangan (ROTC) 1CL, Corps Commander, actively participated in the celebration of Araw ng Kagitingan 2026.

In observance of Araw ng Kagitingan (Day of Valor), we honor and remember the courage and sacrifices of our heroes who fought for our freedom. Their bravery continues to inspire us to serve with honor, uphold patriotism, and remain steadfast in our commitment to the nation. ✨
