The Department of Tourism IX holds a 3-day insightful Tourism Awareness and Tourism Reception Seminar on March 11 -13, 2025 at Hotel Guillermo, Pagadian City. This seminar aims to enhance our understanding of the industry and the importance of welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Staff from the Pagadian City Tourism Office, along with other tourism office workforce coming from different LGUs within the region, participated the said activity.

Today, February 27, 2025, the Department of Tourism IX conducts a 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐖𝐃) at Bay Plaza Hotel, Pagadian, actively participated by the City Tourism Office Staff, CSWDO personnel, and city tourism stakeholders. The activity covers and focus on key areas such as ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴜɴɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴ ᴀꜱꜱɪꜱᴛᴀɴᴄᴇ, ᴍᴏʙɪʟɪᴛʏ ᴀꜱꜱɪꜱᴛᴀɴᴄᴇ, ᴇᴍᴇʀɢᴇɴᴄʏ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱᴇ, ᴀɴᴅ ᴄᴜꜱᴛᴏᴍᴇʀ ꜱᴇʀᴠɪᴄᴇ ɪɴᴛᴇʀᴀᴄᴛɪᴏɴ.

The Department of Tourism IX conducts 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 on February 25-26, 2025 at Bay Plaza Hotel, attended by the select City Tourism and City Information Office Staff, select PCIC Multimedia Students, and several people engaged in Accommodation Establishments, Restaurants and Travel and Tours.

The City Government of Pagadian along with its constituents is grateful for DOT IX’s commitment to empowering us and advancing the tourism sector with creativity and innovation. This is an incredible opportunity to enhance our skills and learn how to create visually captivating campaigns that resonate with audiences.

On February 5, 2025, the Pagadian City Tourism Council, led by First Lady Ilang Ilang Fernandez Co, held its monthly meeting at the Executive Function Hall. The council reviewed recent celebrations and planned for the upcoming Women’s Month festivities.

The council extends its gratitude to Honorable Mayor Sammy Co and First Councilor Sam Tyra Co for their continuous support and presence.

The Pagadian City Tourism Council enjoins with the City Government of Pagadian in remaining committed to fostering cultural growth and enriching experiences for our city’s residents and visitors.
