4 LGUs in Zamboanga del Sur, PTC Pagadian receive toolkits

Four local government units in Zamboanga del Sur along with Provincial Training Center - Pagadian received training toolkits during a transfer and donation ceremony held last June 11, 2026, at PTC-Pagadian in Tiguma, Pagadian City. The beneficiaries of the donated toolkits were the municipalities of Sominot, Midsalip, Margosatubig, and Kumalarang.

The ceremony was led by TESDA IX Regional Director Engr. Alan T. Bacatan, CESE, and Provincial Director Engr. Samad B. Dibansa, with the Regional Disposal Committee facilitating the activity and COA Representative Marc Alan Paran, CPA, JD, serving as witness. Under the leadership and guidance of TESDA Secretary Kiko Benitez, TESDA continues to provide a community-based specialty training program that addresses the specific skills needs of the communities and promote employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.

In celebration of the 128th Philippine Independence Day, TESDA joins the nation in reflecting on the values of freedom, unity, and patriotism that continue to inspire generations of Filipinos.🇵🇭

With this year's theme, “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan.,” we honor our past and celebrate the resilience and determination of Filipinos who continue to build a brighter future for all.

TESDA joins the nation in celebrating National ICT Month 2026.

Sa temang “Isang Dekadang Digital: Konektado sa Puso at Serbisyo,” patuloy na pinalalakas ng TESDA ang paghahatid ng digital skills training upang ihanda ang mga Pilipino sa mas mabilis at mas dynamic na workforce sa digital age.

Kabilang sa mga inaalok na programa ng TESDA ang Information and Communications Technology (ICT)-related courses tulad ng web development, graphic design, artificial intelligence, data analytics, computer systems servicing at iba pa.

Sa pamumuno ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. at TESDA Secretary Kiko Benitez, patuloy ang pagpapalawak ng access sa dekalidad na digital training para sa lahat ng Pilipinong manggagawa.

☑️ 2pcs Colored Passport size picture (white background)
☑️ Certificate of work and/or teaching experience for at least 12 months during the validity period of the NC/COC in the relevant qualification and duly signed by the employer (for Self-employed: signed by an official of any appropriate government agency)
➡️ for Pharmacy Services NC III ONLY, must have attended continuing Education or relevant training of 18 hrs within the 5yr validity period
➡️ for DRIVING and HEAVY EQUIPMENT Operator - Driver’s license

⚠️In areas where new Training Regulations has been promulgated, holders of NC/COC shall upon expiration undergo competency assessment based on the new regulation.
