𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐓

The 2025 Year-End Performance Review and 2026 Planning Conference for Project SPLIT was conducted on December 11–12, 2025, at the Four Queens Resort. The activity, led by the Project SPLIT Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) together with Project SPLIT Consultant Ms. Julita Ragandang, provided an opportunity to review the accomplishments of the year and plan for the activities and priorities for 2026.

The conference allowed the team to reflect on project performance, assess strategies, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that Project SPLIT continues to provide meaningful support and services to agrarian reform beneficiaries.

Overall, the activity was a productive and focused session, reinforcing the commitment of the PPMO and project personnel to effective and impactful project implementation in the coming year.

Marcos, Jr. na pabilisin ang pagpapalabas ng mga titulo para sa ating mga agrarian reform beneficiaries, sa isinagawang Regionwide Consultation with Stakeholders and Project SPLIT e-Title ARBs event noong October 29, 2025 sa Pagadian City.

𝙃𝘼𝙋𝙋𝙀𝙉𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙉𝙊𝙒 | The Province-wide Assessment and Problem-Solving Session with RPMO under Project SPLIT is underway at New Roxan Hotel, Pagadian City.

This event gathers key personnel to assess progress, address challenges, and strengthen coordination efforts in advancing Project SPLIT implementation across the province.

𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱, a long-time tenant and Agrarian Reform Beneficiary, was awarded his Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA), marking a significant milestone in his life. The title provides security, ensuring that his children can continue farming and sustain their livelihood.

Such initiatives demonstrate DAR's steadfast dedication to improving the lives of farmers and fostering sustainable agricultural growth.

𝗝𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻, one of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) expressed his profound gratitude upon receiving his Certificate of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (COCROM). He emphasized that, with the support of the government, his children will no longer bear the burden of land payments. The assistance, he noted, provides renewed hope for the future, particularly for farmers like him striving for sustainable livelihoods.

This gesture reflects DAR's continued commitment to empowering farmers and securing their livelihoods for generations to come.

The 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐀𝐑𝐁𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 held last October 29 underscored the Department of Agrarian Reform’s continuing commitment to empower and uplift our farmer-beneficiaries.

DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III personally led the activity, emphasizing the Department’s mission to “bring the government closer to the people.” He also assured the beneficiaries of DAR’s unwavering dedication, saying, “Ang pagmamahal po ng Department of Agrarian Reform sa lahat ng ating Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries ay hindi po hihinto... Babalik uli kami rito... mamimigay ng sari-saring tulong sa lahat ng ating Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries.”

This event reflects DAR’s steadfast pledge to provide land security, agricultural support, and sustainable livelihoods, ensuring that every Agrarian Reform Beneficiary in the region is empowered and supported.

𝐃𝐀𝐑 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐗 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝗒 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐃𝐂 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐒𝐏𝐋𝐈𝐓 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬

DAR Region IX conducted a leveling of activity on the reissuance of lost Owner’s Duplicate Copies (ODCs) and the correction of entries in CCLOAs to fast-track the accomplishment of Project SPLIT targets for 2025. Held on October 14–15, 2025 at New Roxan Hotel, Pagadian City.

The activity gathered RPMO and PPMO personnel from across the region to align processes on the reissuance of Owner’s Duplicate Copies (ODCs) and correction of CCLOA entries in accordance with JAO No. 1, Series of 2024. It also aimed to inform stakeholders, enhance inter-agency collaboration, and support the timely accomplishment of Project SPLIT targets for 2025.

Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicator Atty. Jessica Agagon was very proactive in her efforts to ensure the timely accomplishment of the targets as DAR Region IX Director Atty. Ramon Madronal Jr. highlights the importance of aligned procedures and strengthened coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of land documents for agrarian reform beneficiaries.
