1️⃣ Visit the Information Section at Annex 1 (ID Section) and fill out the Review Enrollment Form.
2️⃣ After completing the form, proceed to the YBVC Cashier Unit.
💸 Pay at least ₱1,000 as a down payment.
3️⃣ After payment, please proceed to the Social Work Department Faculty Office at Annex 3 for logbook signing and updates.
