“Behind every badge is a heart that serves with discipline, dedication, and love for the people.”
During Valentine’s Day, the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Internal Affairs Service (ZSPIAS), led by PMAJ WEMERRA JEAN D SALDIA, APS, celebrates love that drives the heart of service.
At ZSPIAS, love is more than a feeling, it is shown through care, respect, and support for all PNP personnel, the very people who uphold discipline, standards, and public trust. While inspections ensure rules are followed, it is compassion and appreciation that truly strengthen the team and the organization. Other duty personnel to include duty patrollers were similarly honored for their daily tasks, vital in nation building and reminded to serve with love.
By cultivating love within the workplace and toward those we serve, ZSPIAS shows that leadership guided by heart inspires excellence, builds trust, and empowers personnel to serve the community with integrity, dedication, and humanity. We celebrate the heart behind every badge, the people who make service meaningful.
