The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) Pagayawan Team Effort Unit Office successfully participated in the iPART Orientation conducted by Ma’am Nobaisa Sunggod, IMA of MSSD Lanao del Sur-B.

The activity provided valuable insights on the iPART system, strengthening participants’ knowledge and skills in monitoring, data collection, reporting, and program implementation. The orientation also reinforced the commitment of MSSD personnel and Para-Social Workers in delivering efficient, transparent, and responsive social services to the Bangsamoro people.

We extend our sincere appreciation to Ma’am Nobaisa Sunggod for sharing her expertise and guidance, contributing to the continuous capacity development of MSSD field personnel.

AUGUST 2026 FDS

Year 4, Session 3: Sustaining Food Security for the Family and Community

The Municipal Links of MOO Pagayawan successfully conducted the Family Development Session (FDS) for the month of August in various barangays, focusing on the topic “Sustaining Food Security for the Family and Community.”

The session aimed to deepen beneficiaries’ understanding of the importance of food security, identify common barriers that may affect access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food, and develop practical strategies and actions to address these challenges.

It also encouraged beneficiaries to actively participate in community-based initiatives that promote and sustain food security for their families and the wider community.

Through meaningful discussions, sharing of experiences, and active participation, the FDS emphasized that achieving food security is not solely the responsibility of individual families but is a shared commitment among families, communities, and stakeholders.

Together, let us strengthen our families and communities toward a more food-secure future. 🌱🤝

🌱 Strengthening ECCD Services in Barangay Kalaludan

The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) Pagayawan Team Effort Unit Office successfully conducted a series of activities in Barangay Kalaludan aimed at strengthening Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) services and enhancing parental involvement in child development.

The activities included:

✅ Parent Effectiveness Session (PES)
✅ Internal Accreditation of Kalaludan Daycare Center
✅ Technical Assistance on the Conduct of Daycare Sessions

These activities were carried out to support daycare workers, improve the quality of daycare services, and empower parents with knowledge and skills necessary for the holistic development of their children.

The activities were conducted under the leadership of Ma’am Jawia Macala, RSW, MPA, MSWO, Head of the MSSD Pagayawan Unit Office.

MSSD Pagayawan remains committed to providing quality social welfare services and promoting the welfare of children and families in the municipality.

Distribution and Retrieval of Compliance Verification (CV) Forms

On August 17, 2026, the Pantawid staff of MSSD Pagayawan conducted the distribution and retrieval of Compliance Verification (CV) Forms from both elementary and secondary schools within the Municipality of Pagayawan for the Period 4. The activity aimed to facilitate the monitoring and validation of beneficiaries’ compliance with the education conditionalities of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), ensuring accurate and timely verification of school attendance and compliance.

August 18, 2026 | Supplementary Feeding Program Distribution

The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD-BARMM) successfully delivered and turned over the Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) food commodities to the 20 Day Care Workers of the Municipality of Pagayawan for distribution to learners enrolled in the Supervised Neighborhood Play (SNP) and Child Development Centers (CDC).

The activity was facilitated through the MSSD Pagayawan Unit Office, under the leadership of Ma’am Jawia Macala, RSW, MPA, MSWO, ensuring the timely delivery of nutritional support to young Bangsamoro learners in the municipality.

This initiative highlights MSSD-BARMM’s unwavering commitment to promoting the health, nutrition, and overall well-being of children, helping them grow stronger, healthier, and better prepared for learning.

Together, we continue to build a healthier and brighter future for every Bangsamoro child through quality nutrition and compassionate service.
