This is a reminder regarding the re-implementation of the book fine policy for SHS and College Students. The fine is set at 2.00 pesos per overdue hour. The return period is by 8:00 AM on the due date. Please note, for books borrowed on Friday, the return deadline is extended to 8:00 AM on Monday.
Students with overdue borrowed books are required to fill out a form. A Book Fine Slip will be issued only to students whose total fines amount to 10.00 pesos or more. This slip must be signed by the Unit Head and presented to the Finance Office for payment. The library ID of the student will not be returned until the Official Receipt (OR) of the paid book fine from the Finance Office is presented to the library staff responsible for book borrowing.
Book Fines Weekly Summary form must be filled out by students with book fines less than 10.00 pesos. These students should settle their fines at the Chief Librarian's Office, where they will receive a temporary receipt. Remittance of book fine collections to the Finance Office, along with the Book Fine Weekly Summary form, shall be done every Saturday by the Library Personnel.
Three (3) or more consecutive days of unreturned books will result in an overdue notice, book fines, and a one-month suspension of library service privileges. The library ID will be confiscated for one month. For valid and emergency reasons, an apology letter must be submitted to be considered for waiving the suspension of library services and resource privileges.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Warmest congratulations and a heartfelt welcome to Ma'am Eunice T. Tudtud-Pagatpat, the 3rd President of Saint Paul School of Professional Studies (SPSPS)!
We warmly welcome the 3rd President of Saint Paul School of Professional Studies (SPSPS), Eunice T. Tudtud-Pagatpat, MBA!
Long before she stepped into the presidency, Pres. Pagatpat had already been a guiding force within SPSPS. Through her roles as Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) for Finance and Campus Services, SEVP for Administration, and Dean of Business and Accountancy, she has poured her dedication, wisdom, and service into nurturing SPSPS through her financial stewardship and campus development initiatives.
Beyond her titles and accomplishments, Pres. Pagatpat carries a legacy close to all our hearts. She is the daughter of the late Dean Conrita Tiu-Tudtud, school founder of SPSPS, a woman whose vision and devotion helped plant the very roots of this school in this part of the country.
May her journey as the new President be filled with continued success, bold strides, and moments that uplift the entire Paulinian community.
We stand firmly behind her, trusting in the future she is shaping for our beloved institution. United in purpose, we remain steadfast in our mission to provide quality education.
Congratulations, President Eunice Tudtud-Pagatpat, MBA!
