When NEAP breathed into life through Administrative Order No. 282 in 1992 prior the beginning of its journey on 1985, it has served a steady source of support for the countryโs pedagogical learners through its premier professional development programs. Rooting on the belief that every teacher deserves the opportunity to improve, NEAP has been every teacherโs sanctuary for growth.
