Good day everyone, In preparation for the implementation of ECP Batch 3, this is to reiterate the provisions of the issued Regional Memorandum No. 17, s. 2026 and Division Memorandum No. 72, s. 2026 regarding the Decentralization of Certification, Authentication, and Verification of Official Documents at the School Level.

All concerned are reminded that schools are authorized to authenticate and certify official school documents to better serve our clients. This initiative aims to streamline processes and ensure faster, more accessible service delivery.

In this regard, the following school officials are authorized to sign and certify documents:

1. School Head
2. Administrative Officer II (AO II)
3. School Registrar
4. Records Designate

Clients may now proceed directly to the school for the authentication of their documents.

Schools are likewise advised to use the official stamp:

“VERIFIED TRUE COPY FROM ORIGINAL”

Strict compliance with the guidelines set forth in the aforementioned memoranda is hereby enjoined. Thank you!
