✨ ORIENTATION-CUM-CAPACITY BUILDING OF THE SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE’S QUALITY WORKPLACE TEAM AND AUXILIARY MEMBERS ✨

📅 August 19–20, 2026

Two meaningful days of learning, collaboration, and commitment toward building a stronger culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement in the workplace. 💙

The activity was spearheaded by Dr. Gil Esplanada Jr., Chief Education Supervisor, Chairperson of the Quality Workplace Team, together with Mr. Alvin Tantuan, Administrative Officer V and Co-Chairperson, whose leadership and commitment continue to strengthen the implementation of quality workplace initiatives across the Schools Division Office.

The activity was graced by the inspiring Opening Speech of Dr. Mariza S. Magan, Schools Division Superintendent, who emphasized the importance of strengthening our collective commitment to quality workplace practices.

The two-day activity culminated in the Closing Remarks of Dr. Teodorico C. Peliño, OIC–Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, highlighting the value of teamwork, accountability, and sustained implementation of quality initiatives.

Through this capacity-building activity, the Quality Workplace Team and Auxiliary Members are further equipped to champion workplace excellence, foster continuous improvement, and contribute to a more organized, efficient, and service-oriented Schools Division Office. 🌟

Team SGOD successfully finalized the FY 2027 Work and Financial Plan (WFP), Annual Procurement Plan (APP), and Common-Use Supplies list on August 17, 2026. This initiative reflects our ongoing drive for resource efficiency, transparency, and impactful governance.
