Municipal Mayor Remedios “Matin” L. Petilla convened the League of Municipalities Leyte Chapter Meeting and delivered her welcome message during the Launching of QGAS by the Province of Leyte, led by Governor Carlos Jericho “Icot” L. Petilla held at the 2nd Floor Municipal Function Hall.

Also in attendance were Vice Governor Sandy Javier, Provincial Tourism Consultant Frances Ann Petilla, Congresswoman Karen Javier, Mayors and other concerned stakeholders.

The iTAX Deployment Task Force team paid a courtesy visit to Municipal Mayor Remedios “Matin” L. Petilla at the Office of the Mayor relative to the installation of the iTAX system.

The visit focused on the modernization and centralization of real property tax assessment, billing, payment tracking, and the implementation of online payment options through digital platforms.

Also in attendance were Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla, Vice Governor Leonardo Javier Jr., Board Member Raissa Villasin, Vice Mayor Jonathan Chiquillo, SB Member Chiqui Ruth Uy and ABC President Papoose Lantajo.
