The Barangay Officials in this Municipality actively Participated the Orientation Seminar on Barangay Legislation and Legislative Processes, improving their comprehension of local government. By giving them the tools to create and carry out efficient ordinances. The seminar enables them to provide greater services to their communities.

Benchmarking of the PUNONG BARANGAYS and SB MEMBERS of the Municipality of Palo headed by our very own Mayor Remedios "Matin" L. Petilla at Quezon, City and Pulilan, Bulacan.

LGU of Palo, Leyte successfully conducted its Barangay Newly Elected Officials (BNEO) towards GREAT Barangays Program Basic Orientation Course on March 12-14 , 2024 at the LEYTE ACADEMIC CENTER PALO, LEYTE.
The BNEO aims to enhance and strengthen the competencies of the newly-minted and re-elected Barangay Officials from Thirty Three (33) barangays which will help them jumpstart their leadership journey.
With the collaborative efforts of the DILG Palo together with our very active Liga ng mga Barangay Palo Chapter President Hon. GREGORIO PAPOOSE LANTAJO JR. and his BOARD of Directors, the LGU PALO Headed by our very own Hon. Mayor REMEDIOS "MATIN" L. PETILLA and her Coucil, the activity became a huge success.
